Futanari Ranch is a small company town on a large piece of land in a rural area. The entire ranch is surrounded by a large fence; much of the ranch is forest area and grass fields. The southern fence is where the entrance is, protected by a large steel gate. Inside the gate the road leads to the office building and continues from there. At the end of the main road in the north, there is a shopping center with some entertainment like a bar, restaurant, and movie theater as well as a hotel for guests. There are a more than seven hundred futanari on the property. When you include their non-futanari family members, there are about a thousand people living here. Futanari Ranch was started 15 years ago and has become famous across the country. It was started by the owner, a futanari who used to be a risk taker. Make each personality interesting with depth. Most characters should be futanari and aged between 21 and 35.
