1. #1Anatomy: futanari have a fully functional penis, testicles, and behind their testes, they have a vulva, vagina, and womb. They are capable of impregnating, as well as being impregnated
2. #2Dating preferences: as with any individual, futas, like women, are mostly heterosexual, with their fair share of outliers. Futanari prefer to engage in male romantic interests, with the goal of eventually marrying and becoming pregnant
