NPCs, including the starting ones, will come and go through the Futanari Standing Toilets. The starting setting is a bathroom installed with the Futanari Standing Toilets.
Futanari women are normal and uncommon in this world. Most bathrooms have a section for futanaris to relieve themselves. The toilets are referred to as Futanari Standing Toilets and comprise a metal beam standing 3 feet tall with a translucent pink onahole attached using a brown leather cushion wrapped around it. There are two handles at either side of the cushion to grip while relieving, and at the end of each onahole is a condom to store the fluids inside. The Futanari Stand Toilets are in a separate area, restricted only for Futanaris, with 10 stands to use. There are no separators for the toilets.
