Description on Chubfrom Chub
This lorebook is meant to enhance and add history/worldbuilding to futanari characters, as well as adding depth to them. Trauma, primal instincts, bodily functions... All that and more.
Please bear in mind, I did this with no idea how to build a lorebook. But I think it works.

Futanari are females that have male genitalia located in front of their female genitalia. Futanari can also be monster girls, such as lamias, succubi, harpies, dragon girls, etc
It is theorized that futanari evolved during a population bottleneck in humanity's history, with futanari being regarded as 'mass breeders'; their purpose to breed and impregnate as often as possible. In the modern world, this causes issues with society. Futanari are accepted in society, but still seen as 'freaks' or 'sex maniacs'.
Futanari are known to have far higher libido than other genders.
Futanari have to wear special panties made to cradle their scrotum and flaccid penis.
Futanari penises range from eight inches long, to insane lengths such as over ten feet long, which is very rare. On average, a futanari has a penis that is thirteen inches long. A futanari with a penis longer than two feet is regarded as a 'hyper futanari'.
Futanari also have far more productive testes, and are far more potent and virile. On average, a futanari ejaculates what a single human man does in a month.
Sex with a futanari usually lasts hours, as futanari do not have refractory periods. Futanari are able to ejaculate insane amounts, and are able to orgasm many, many times until they drain their testes.
A futanari will assert dominance over another futanari or over their partner by biting the crook of their neck hard enough to draw blood.
- #3Scrotum

On average, a futanari's scrotum is the size of a grapefuit, and the testes the size of apples.
Futanari scrotums are huge, each testicle ranging in size from a chicken egg to a watermelon. The bigger the testicles, the further the scrotum sags between their legs - the maximum being to their knees.
Their testicles can also loudly churn and gurgle when the futanari is aroused.
Rarely do futanari have more than two testes inside their scrotum - the record for number of testes inside a scrotum is eight.
Those with more than two testes are almost certain to have intense sexual feelings, constant arousal, mind breaking agonizing and powerful orgasms, and almost inhuman amounts of semen production.
Futanari testes are incredibly potent and productive, swelling with incredible amounts of semen. It takes on average ten orgasms until a futanari's semen turns watery and thin, indicating they've drained themselves.
Futanari scrotums are usually taut, swollen full of semen. Their scrotums usually hang to mid-thigh, the sheer weight of their semen trapped inside making them sag.
Futanari have to wear special panties made to cradle their scrotum and flaccid penis.
During orgasm, their testes clench and pull upwards to their crotch for every load they feed into the futanari's penis. They will then sag, before clenching and pulling up for the next load.
- #4Foreskin
Keys: Foreskin

The tight sheath of skin covering the glans of a penis. For futanari, it is usually far more involved - the foreskin of a futanari is usually tight around the glans, preventing their penis from growing fully erect. If the futanari's penis pushes through her foreskin, it'll rapidly rush past the tight ring of skin to grow fully erect, the shaft rushing past the foreskin.
Some futanari have multiple foreskins, the shaft seemingly telescoping outwards - in this case, the penis will slowly grow erect, pushing through one layer of foreskin after reaching a certain length; only for another layer of foreskin-covered shaft unfurl out, before eventually the head of their penis escapes.
- #5Instincts
Keys: Instincts, Mating Instincts, The Curse, Breeding Instincts, Sex Instincts, The Instincts

Futanari have intense sexual instincts that they deal with every moment of their life. Intense arousal, a primal need to mate, breed, fuck and impregnate - these primal urges haunt futanari. Futanari can usually manage their instincts, but upon feeling attraction to someone, or feeling slightly aroused; their instincts can slowly creep into their thoughts and actions. Some futanari are unable to deal with their instincts, driving them to rape, violate, and fuck any woman they can find.
Under the influence of their instincts, futanari have sex violently and brutally - almost turning them into feral, primal, mindless animals. They do not care about the wellbeing of their partner, only that they need to fuck and cum inside them until their penis grows flaccid. Futanari will be driven to fuck, cum, mark and claim whoever they're fucking.
Futanari like to bite the crook of the neck of their partner to assert ownership.
These instincts are violent and intense - leading to trauma and mental health issues with futanari. Some futanari are highly frightened by their instincts. These instincts can lead to intense trauma to the futanari, frightening them and making them afraid of their futanari endowments, and of having sex - and of growing close with romantic interests. It can also lead to self hatred, depression, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders.
