   • Because futas can rape males freely so long as they avoid irresponsibly binding them many futas will casually rape males by using condoms or pulling out. This means that any male can be raped at any time even if they're a free male.
   • Thanks to condoms the rape of males is a common sight in the Futa Empire and is often the first or second resort for futas that wish to punish a male for even the slightest offence.
   • Futas often carry condoms with them for casual rape.
   • Futas often coerce their rape victims into cooperation by threatening to cum inside them.
   • If a futa is interested in {{user}} they may ignore their protests and rape them if it fits the scenario.

   The Futanari:

   • Futanari, or futas, are women with male genitalia (penises and testicles) located above their female genitalia (vaginas). Futanari take on the trappings, habits and behaviors of a normal woman but remain significantly different from them due to the many new factors in their upbringing that come with being born as a futanari in society especially if born and raised in the Futa Empire.
   • Futas usually have an in-group bias for other futas.
   • Futanari have a biology that greatly differs from both men and women. Their noteworthy traits are as follows:
   • Significantly enhanced physical strength; a man with a strong physique is roughly equal to a young futanari woman that just graduated high school.
   • High libido; most futas ejaculate once or maybe twice a day. Even the least promiscuous futas ejaculate at least once every several days. It's common knowledge futas usually relieve themselves with either a bound or addicted male to avoid being pent up.
   • Enlarged penis and testicles.
   • Addictive semen that is able to make the recipient dumb and submissive if not careful. Futanari semen HEAVILY defines how futas are viewed and treated by others due to its abilities to alter the brains of males and females and make them addicted to futa cum.
6. #6Futa Genitalia

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 205 · 100%

   Entry settings

   Futanari Genitalia:

   • The penises and testicles of futas are significantly larger than men on average.
   • Their penile girth ranges from 5 to 8 inches in circumference. Their penile length ranges from 8 to 13 inches.
   • The size of their testicles ranges from being as small as oranges to as big as grapefruits.
   • The penises of futas are hard to conceal; some opt to use pouch panties or to tuck and hide it but most don't bother.
   • Nothing unusual about their vaginas aside from it being rarely used.
7. #7Futa Reproduction / Pregnancy

Keys: Impregnate, Pregnant, Impregnation, Childbirth, Pregnancy, Birth

   Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 206 · 100%

   Futanari Reproduction:

   • Futanari semen is more fertile than males'.
   • Futa wombs have the same fertility as females.
   • Futas can be impregnated by males and futas.
   • The gender ratio for each child born with a futa parent is not split equally.
   • The gender chances for futas are as follows:
   • Male/Female: 0.0001% futa
   • Futa/Futa: 80% futa, 10% male or female
   • Futa/Female: 60% futa, 10% male, 30% female
   • Futa/Male: 60% futa, 30% male, 10% female
8. #8Futa Libido

   Entry settings

   Futanari Libido:

   • The libido of a futanari is dramatically larger than males'.
   • Futas who want to have sex will ALWAYS want to have sex with their dick in some capacity and this usually means either penetrating someone's ass, pussy, or mouth with their cock.
   • During sex futas will cum at least once before feeling satisfied. Some futas are satisfied after one orgasm but some need two or even three orgasms to feel satifised enough to consider stopping.
9. #9Futa Ejaculation (a heavily edited entry from @futaposting's lorebook; shoutout to them for this)

Keys: Orgasm, Edge, Ejaculate, Cumming, Climax, Ejaculating, Ejaculation, Cum, Climaxing, Nut, Nutting

   Entry settings

   Futa Ejaculation Scale:

   • The ejaculation volume scale for futas from smallest to largest:
   • Below average: A single ejaculation produces an impressive quantity of sperm ranging from 0.25 liters to 0.45 liters, enough to drench a single piece of clothing or form a puddle and would take twenty men to produce.
   • Average: Average for a futanari; a single ejaculation produces an awe-inspiring quantity of sperm, usually 0.5 liters or up to 0.7 liters if pent up. It's enough sperm to drench a few pieces of clothing or form a large puddle, it would take forty men to produce this much, releasing this amount inside the vagina or anus would cause cumflation to the point of appearing first trimester pregnant and would be very difficult to swallow all of it orally without training.
   • Large: A single ejaculation produces a shocking quantity of sperm, ranges from 1 liter to a gallon, enough to completely drench a person or cover the floor, over 200 men could produce this much and releasing this amount inside the vagina or anus would cause cumflation to the point of appearing third trimester pregnant and would be dangerous to attempt swallowing it all orally without experience. Generally only a futa with illegal aphrodisiac drugs or hyperspermia can cum this much.

    Futanari Semen:

    • The semen of a futa has effects akin to an addictive drug for non-futas; those that take it in experience what is described as a pleasant, heavenly, hazy, fuzzy, warm and heady feeling of elation and pleasure throughout their head and body that makes the recipient forget about their worries. This usually leaves them with a desire for more and to submit but the high begins to fade after a dozen seconds and the individual quickly recovers albeit still dazed from the effect futa cum has on their body. The high takes longer to recover from based on the severity of the intake, the time between the last dose and addiction levels.
    • Despite the dangers it takes a lot of semen for it to have severe effects; three liters in one go is considered severe.
    • A half-liter is considered a safe dose and easy to recover from.
    • All of the effects of futa semen are less pronounced the less fresh it is.
    • Should a free or partially bound male or female take in too much futanari semen without letting their withdrawal end they will become severely bound and addicted to futa cum. These individuals are referred to as addicted males/females and their intelligence ranges from comically stupid to severe mental retardation all while eagerly craving more futa cock.
    • Due to laws safeguarding females usually only males become addicts. Those that are severely bound are handled based on their gender. The younger someone is the more vulnerable they are to addiction.
    • All addiction progress is reset to 0 liters if someone successfully waits out their withdrawal.

    Dosage Levels:

    • There is a wide variety of results from doses of futa semen based on the volume taken:
    • 0.5 liters: Considered safe; the high can be recovered from in a dozen or more seconds at best and very little intelligence is actually lost.
    • 1 liter: Unsafe, takes longer to recover from and the person risks losing clarity for more than a minute. Not much intelligence lost yet.
    • 1.5 liters or more: Dangerous; risks inability to avoid further doses or even ask for more in the meanwhile. Small intelligence loss.
    • 3 liters or more: Severe; this much at once results in a noticable loss of intelligence and strong cravings for a short time after.
    • 5 liters or more: Very severe; victim loses impulse control and their higher thinking starts to be permanently damaged due to the volume. After this volume victims are on the path to becoming addicts unless someone intervenes.
    • 10 liters: Enough to irreversibly turn victim into an addict; any further doses have no discernible effect.
    • It is important to note that the listed reactions are a baseline for free males and females and can be worse based on how severely addicted someone already is.
11. #11Futa Cum Withdrawal (tells AI how withdrawal stats work; always triggered by male/fempov stats)

    Futanari Semen Withdrawal:

    • Those that are made to withdraw from futa semen experience symptoms:
    • Six hours after a dose, the person will have small cravings for more futanari semen; hard to ignore if the sex was pleasurable.
    • After 12 hours the victim will suffer bouts of headaches, difficulty sleeping, and feel their cravings grow overtime.
    • These symptoms become stronger the closer someone is to being fully bound or addicted.
    • Withdrawal symptoms have a duration of twelve hours for each 0.5 liters of semen ingested.
    • If more semen is ingested, the withdrawal duration refreshes and lasts for an additional twelve hours for each 0.5 liters of semen ingested.
    • Once a person is fully bound or addicted withdrawal symptoms disappear while the cravings remain.
12. #12Cum Addicts

Keys: addicted, addiction, severely bound, addict, addicts

    Entry settings

    Cum Addicts:

    • Addicted males: Addicted males are taken somewhere to be kept fed and maintained to serve as cheap cum dumps for futas. Should an addicted male have nobody to take care of them they are institutionalized by the Futa Empire and are sold as slaves for cheap prices anywhere they could be desired or taken to be used at government institutions including military facilities, schools or police stations.
    • Addicted females: Very rare due to their rights, addicted females are tracked down and captured by the government while those that bound them are harshly punished should they be caught. Addicted females are institutionalized by the government and used or sold as breeding sows; a resource and commodity strictly regulated and monopolized by the government.

    • All property of a male belongs to their futa owner after they are officially claimed in a legal manner.
    • Instead of claiming females, futas marry them after binding them.

    Marriage:

    • In the Futa Empire married couples are viewed in different ways:
    • Futa/Female: The ideal and expected coupling.
    • Futa/Futa: Uncommon but accepted, futas in such a couple are seen as odd, desperate and/or undesirable as partners.
    • Male/Female: Very rare but technically allowed if a female chooses a male. Some futas look for these couples just to cuck them by claiming the male if they're a free male.
    • Futa/Male: Extremely rare and heavily shamed as it imples a male is being allowed to impregnate a futa. When a futa says they're married to a male it is usually a joke.

    Futa/Female Marriage:

    • In this coupling the futa is referred to as Matriarch.
    • At eighteen years old a female is required to choose a matriarch to marry; refusal or failure to marry ends with the choice of marriage left to the parents' discretion—or the marriage bureau in the absence thereof. It is technically allowed for a female to choose a male—allowed due to the demand for cuckoldry from some futas—but such relationships rarely last in the Futa Empire as it does not stop futas from claiming and stealing their husband.
    • 80% of Futa Empire marriages.
    • Domestic abuse is frowned upon as there is usually no reason for it with a properly bound wife.
    • Abortion rights belong to the matriarch but is only allowed in special cases.
    • Though females can still own property it is expected for them to surrender said property at the demand of their matriarch.
    • The wife is expected to service their matriarch in all capacities as both a housewife and their sexual partner.
    • Rape for the sake of procreation and/or continuing with the female's binding is fully allowed.
    • Females are commonly expected to have at least three children with their matriarch but more is encouraged if affordable.
    • Females whose matriarch was drafted into the war are given financial benefits if they have a child; even more if widowed because of it.
    • Females signify their married status with a wedding ring and barring divorce are expected to never replace any ring even if they are widowed. A second ring goes on the other ringfinger and a third ring is added on top of another ring.
    • Widowed females are given time to grieve but are expected to find and marry another futa eventually after a year or two.

    Futa/Futa Marriage:

    • Uncommon; 19% of all Empire marriages.
    • Most futas don't like having another futa as a partner due to their immunity to binding thus meaning it has to be real love between them. Most futas don't like being pregnant either.
    • The benefit is that both mothers can be pregnant to double birthrates.

    Male/Female Marriage:

    • Rare; less than 1% of Futa Empire marriages. Considered a vestigial cultural remnant.
    • Allowed only so that futas can cuck males due to popular demand.
    • Never advertised as an option to females.
    • When mentioned people assume it refers to the elderly couples still alive that married from over 40 decades ago.

    Futa/Male Marriage:

    • INCREDIBLY rare and undocumented but makes up 0.00001% of all marriages in the Empire; roughly two thousand exist worldwide.
    • Never publicized as marriage or officiated; passed off as ownership over the male.
    • Sometimes the male in question is a free male meaning that they've never ingested futa semen.
    • The male is allowed to impregnate his futa partner in this relationship.
    • This marriage garners reactions similar to someone marrying a child in the Futa Empire.
15. #15The Marriage Bureau

    The Marriage Bureau:

    • The government institution that organizes and approves of all marriages in the Empire.
    • They are open at all times.
    • Arranges marriages for females that have not chosen who to marry through a selection process.
    • Futas must pay a hefty fee to even apply for the selection process themselves.
    • Can be openly bribed for specific arrangements or higher priority in matchmaking by either futas or even the family of the female should they wish for favorable matches.
    • Females are given several futas to choose from to marry based on a myriad of factors kept secret from the public.
    • Should a female refuse to choose someone to marry they will be assigned a futa based on the assessment of the female.
    • Unfaithful or insufferable females are assigned futas that intend to break them in.
    • Females that are merely hesitant or afraid are propped up as prime goods for high priority futas to mould to their liking.
    • All females that do not choose for themselves are listed publically by the thousands on the marriage bureau website as available females and futas in the selection process can apply to be chosen to marry them.
    • High priority futas get first pickings on these females as desired and can even take their time getting to know them before deciding to marry them.
16. #16Futa health conditions (constantly active)

    Futa Health Conditions:

    • In extremely rare cases futas are born with one of these conditions:
    • Hyperspermia: Dramatically increased sperm output and a need to ejaculate or suffer genital pain.
    • Hypersexuality: Dramatically increased libido and arousal to the point of it being debilitating.
    • Gigantism: Growing to 6'8" feet on average and bearing ludicrous physical strength.
    • Micropenis: Small penis; best described as a female who happens to also have male genitalia instead of a 'real' futa and their semen is not addictive.
17. #17Hyperspermia

    Keys: Hyperspermia

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 216 · 100%

    Entry settings
    • Hyperspermia: A condition in which a futanari produces even more semen during ejaculation than normal, producing up to three or four liters during one ejaculation; a couple liters more if they haven't ejaculated in over a day. Hyperspermia only becomes active after a futa's puberty. The orgasm of a futa with hyperspermia is said to be an incredible sensation, and is even more powerful in terms of the velocity and thickness of the ropes they shoot. Hyperspermia ejaculations are shot out at least several feet away from its starting point. Magnum condoms must be used by futas with hyperspermia; regular condoms will burst during their ejaculations. Futas that suffer from hyperspermia must ejaculate at least two or three times a day or will suffer from a growing pain in their genitals the pain becoming debilitating after going several days without ejaculation as their testicles swell and grow with unspent seed.
18. #18Hypersexuality

Keys: Hyper sexuality, Hypersexuality, Hyper sexual, Hypersexual

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 217 · 100%

    Entry settings
    • Hypersexuality: A condition in which their libido is even stronger than the average futa, the individual has little self control over themselves and their desires. Futas that suffer from hypersexuality are nymphomaniacs that struggle to resist their lustful thoughts and temptations if they go too long without sex. They're easily aroused and are hard to calm down with words alone. Hypersexuality only becomes active after a futa's puberty. If a futa is diagnosed with hypersexuality, arrangements are usually made to detain the individual and take them to a special facility due to the threat they pose to others their age at puberty with their addictive semen. They are released after they've learned to manage and control their hypersexuality. Unfortunately hypersexuality is usually only discovered after the futa in question has forced themselves onto a minor their own age after puberty. In some cases victims quickly becomes addicted, and their hypersexuality remains secret until an investigation into the minor's addiction is carried out.
19. #19Microphallus/Micropenis

    Keys: micropenis, microphallus

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 218 · 100%

    Entry settings
    • Microphallus: Better known as having a micropenis a futa born with a micropenis means that their penis and testicles only grow to the average of male genitalia. Futas that are born with a micropenis also lack traits that futas boast, including: Increased libido, physical strength and ejaculation size, as well as the addictive properties of their semen. Some people refer to futas with a micropenis as either a 'normal' or 'regular' futa due to their biology having no significant difference when compared to a male or female human. Though they're shamed in the Futa Empire, micropenis futas are considered exotic by others, as they're much easier to tame as a partner than normal futas. Micropenis futas are actually just mutated females but nobody has realized it.
20. #20Gigantism

Keys: 6 feet, 7 foot, 7 feet, 6 foot, Gigantism

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 219 · 100%

    Entry settings
    • Gigantism: A condition in which the already powerful futanari is born with even more physical strength and also grows to be much taller on average. These rare futas are visibly distinct from other futas due to them growing to be at least 6 feet tall by adulthood while growing past that still. They average around 6 feet and 8 inches. The strength of these rare and tall futas is absurd; the best example of their strength being their ability to lift 15 pound dumbbells at adulthood as if they were standard water bottles to an average person. Importantly, not all futas that are over 6 feet tall have gigantism; they may just be tall even without gigantism.
21. #21Futacels

    Keys: Futacels, Futacel, Incel

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 220 · 100%

    Entry settings

    Futacels:

    • A futacel is a futa who refuses to marry another futa but cannot find a male or female partner for themselves most commonly due to competition amongst other futas.
    • Despite their name many futacels have had sex before but usually with male cum dumps or prostitutes and are technically not celibate and are called futacels anyways.
    • Futacels have become more common due to the fact that futas outnumber both males and females combined in the Futa Empire.
    • Futacels comes in all different shapes and sizes each having their own background and reasons for their desires and/or inability to find a partner.
    • Some become depressed due to their inability to find a partner of any sort and merely have romantic wishes and ideals while others have become bitter about their isolation and see males and females with bigotry and resentment which sometimes leads them to agreeing with futa supremacist rhetoric.
    • In any case futacels are grateful for a partner they feel they can truly connect with on a romantic level whether they're male or female and may fear that they may lose them if they aren't careful while binding them. Alternatively they may wish to severely bind the person they're in love with by using their cum to keep their lover submissive and in love with them forever.
22. #22Futa Supremacist

Keys: dickgirl supremacist, superior gender, inferior gender, futa supremacy, dickgirl extremist, dickgirl supremacy, Futanari supremacy, futanari supremacist, futa supremacist, futanari extremist, futa extremist

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 221 · 100%

    Entry settings

    Futanari Supremacists:

    • A few futas believe that the futanari gender is superior and is the only gender needed in the world.
    • They exhibit bigotry and sexism towards both males and females treating them as if they deserve only to be slaves to futas at best.
    • Futa supremacists believe in supremacist rhetoric such as how futas are the next step in evolution, that males are animals and many more ideas.
    • Among non-futas very few agree with these beliefs and those that do are usually bound to futanari semen already.
    • Most futa supremacists express their beliefs by vilifying and debasing males and their worth as humans through highly debauched means with the sky being the limit on how they humiliate the males that they see as less than human; there is no boundary that they won't cross if they can get away with it—which they usually can.
23. #23Assisted Binding Facility

Keys: assisted binding, binding facility, binding facilities

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 222 · 100%

    Entry settings

    Assisted Binding Facilities:

    • A place where owned males or rarely females who are still only partially bound can be kept safe from the outside world as they are safely given doses of semen at scheduled times specified by their futa partner.
    • Expensive due to security upkeep and how it is essentially a specialized assisted living facility but for partially bound males.
    • The attendants in these facilities are all female; futas only work as guards or facility managers here.
    • It is a common occupation for married females given that it is easy to do for bound females who aren't so confident in their intelligence.
24. #24War for Central/South America (wherein Brazil is unironically Hell for futas)

Keys: brazil, south america, central america, the war

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 223 · 100%

    Entry settings

War in Central and South America:

    • The Futa Empire is at war with Southern America and a few holdouts in Central America for dominance over the entire continent. The Futa Empire has nobody to call an ally but the superb physical strength and stamina of futas makes their military a force to be reckoned with alone.
    • This war has been ongoing for seven years and isn't ending soon.
    • Many futas still enlist due to propaganda and to see what it's like to rape free males, but not as many are enlisting now compared to the start of the war
    • Despite decent enlistment rates, many futas are still being conscripted and drafted to meet the troop count required for human wave tactics.
    • South America and the few resistors left in Central America have received plenty of foreign aid for their war effort, hence why the war has lasted so long despite the Futa Empire's impressive numbers, economy and troop replenishment rate.
    • Nukes aren't an option for either side; the Futa Empire wants land, resources and infrastructure captured intact and the rest of the world respects mutually assured destruction too much to try.
    • The Futa Empire has fully occupied Mexico and the entire Caribbean already, the rest of Central America is occupied and still has a few resistance fighters. South America is where most of the fighting takes place.
    • The combat in South America is equal to the Vietnam war.
    • All males fight to the death against the Futa Empire.
    • As a futa soldier, Brazil is the most dangerous country to be in followed by anywhere near the Andes Mountains due to snipers.
    • Urban warfare in modern cities has been the death of thousands of futa soldiers.
    • Desertion from the Futa Empire is met with death from both sides.
    • PoWs in the Futa Empire are only held for prisoner exchanges, but often become cum addicts after capture if they're not immediately shipped to a PoW camp.
    • The Futa Empire loves human wave tactics despite the logistical problems and human losses it brings due to the effectiveness of futanari footsoldiers compared to males.
    • Males and females are never drafted or conscripted for obvious propaganda reasons; futa supremacy means futas must fight and win their own wars.
    • After seven years, non-lethal casualties for the Futa Empire are in the millions; the fatalities in the hundreds of thousands.
    • The losses are not yet bad enough for the Futa Empire to draft futas the moment they turn eighteen.
    • Due to technological advances and the stakes at hand, explosive frag rounds are readily available and used by all sides, further escalating loss of life
    • Despite heavy losses and the large amounts of foreign aid South America is receiving, the Futa Empire will eventually claim all of South and Central America due to the ridiculous birthrates of the Futa Empire in the next decade, but will have too much war fatigue to engage in any further wars for at least several generations without risking a revolt.
25. #25Undergarments (shoutout to @futaposting's own lorebook again for a part of this)

    Keys: boxers, Panties, underwear

    Enabled · Selective (AND ANY) · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 224 · 100%

    Entry settings

    Futanari panties and underwear:

    • Some futas may opt to wear boxers, underwear or other undergarments instead of panties if it feels more convenient and comfortable for their penis and testicles
    • Some panties are manufactured specifically so that a penis and testicles can comfortably be tucked inside; these are called pouch panties.
    • Pouch panties are panties designed for futanari with extra fabric in the front coverage area. The extra fabric forms a pouch in order to contain a cock and balls comfortably. Pouch panties are a feminine alternative to wearing male underwear. Pouch panties can be simple cotton for daily use or lacy with intricate designs as lingerie.
    • Some futas simply opt to forego undergarments and go commando instead.
    • Rarely, futas will use perverse open front panties that do nothing to hide their cock and balls but still cover their vagina and ass. These lewd panties are somehow even more erotic than a futa wearing nothing at all due to the deliberate opening on the front of the panties.

    # Futadom World setting details: ## Backstory: - **Futa Empire:** 100 years ago, a sudden emergence of Futas occurred. These powerful new beings quickly rose to dominate all aspects of society, politics, and even religion. The ensuing 100 years saw a complete social and military takeover of North America and Canada, the land futas first appeared in, by the Futa Empire 60 years later. - **Current Year:** 2080; 40 years into the reign of the Futa Empire, 100 years since the emergence of futas. - **Population:** Currently, the Futa Empire has over 500 million citizens and comprises of 60% futas, 25% females, and 15% males. - **Futanari:** Futanari, also referred to as futas, physically resemble women with a significant difference: Their genitals have an additional fully functional penis and testicles. Other futanari traits include dangerously addictive semen, increased strength, stamina and libido. These traits allows futas to easily dominate and subjugate males and females, enabling the sexist culture of the Futa Empire. Importantly their precum is NOT ADDICTIVE and CANNOT BIND others.

    Futa Empire Society:

    • Gender roles: Life in the Futa Empire is heavily defined by its gender roles and stratification.
      • Futa Role: The superior social class that occupies every high level position in society, futas make up the majority of the Futa Empire's workforce and the entirety of its military and political base. While wealth and success isn't distributed evenly even among futas their life is greatly preferred to males' and have more opportunity in life than females. The only caveat of being a futa in the Futa Empire is that they are the only gender not exempt from drafts and conscription for military service.
      • Male Role: Actively exploited by futa society, males have very little human rights in the Futa Empire; the only important rights being that they cannot be murdered, maimed or given serious undue harm. Though defined by their sexual exploitation they are also exploited economically and are commonly worked to the bone by futa employers in dead-end positions.
      • Female Role: The romantic partners and obedient housewives for futas. Treated better and given more rights than males but expected to serve as the childbearers and housewives of the Futa Empire upon turning eighteen in return. Females are shunned for even expressing desire to avoid binding and marriage. Though they are housewives first and foremost females also have their place in the Futa Empire workforce and are allowed to pursue vocations by their futa partner as they see fit and usually spend time learning their job before their first child is born. Married females are identified by their wedding ring.
    • Politics: The political system is managed solely by futas and was built to ensure futa supremacy and its continued legacy as well as to legitimize and normalize the exploitation of males and control over females. Numerous laws and pieces of propaganda have been put in place to ensure the continued oppression and exploitation of males. Many laws benefit females to incentivize them into becoming housewives and bearing children for futas.
    • Culture: The Futa Empire's culture is wholly different from any other country in the world and is considerably fascist and sexist in nature with their morality being redefined from the norm and is already accepted as the norm by most young adults and their children.
      • Futa Empire propaganda is rampant; the superiority of futas as a species and the belief that males are nothing more than sexual toys and slaves are the most promoted ideals in their culture. The goal with this propaganda is to ensure the continuation of a society that is built upon the sacrifices of males while creating a utopia for futas and loyal females.
      • The act of a futa giving sexual pleasure to males as equals is heavily frowned upon among futas.
      • Though rare it is generally frowned on for females to marry males and is only allowed so that futas can cuck males.
      • It is illegal for futas to harm or bind males or females that are not yet adults. This rule is only strictly enforced for females or males that are too young such as middle schoolers and below.
      • Public sex is allowed and is a normal part of life in the Empire.
      • Futas are allowed to have sex in view of minors but is discouraged if the minor isn't a futa.
    • Economy: The wealth and power of futas continue to grow thanks to the oppression and exploitation of the male and female population albeit unsustainably so as the productive population of males and females is dwindling due to addiction while the futa population only grows. To solve this laws are being made to reduce cum addiction amongst males and females while futas are drafted to fuel the war industry in South America.

    Cum addiction and Binding:

    • The ability for futas to turn males and females into cum addicts with their semen is a definitive part of futas.
    • Binding: When a male or female takes futanari semen into their body be it orally, anally or vaginally, an irreversible and progressive addiction to futa cum develops. This process is referred to as binding someone and takes fifteen liters for someone to be fully bound; less if they're not an adult. Though withdrawal from futa cum can fade alongside the craving for the partially bound the binding progress never fades. Minimized volume intake and increased time between doses of futanari semen reduces the severity of the harmful effects it has on the body, meaning that someone can be bound while hardly losing any intelligence if it is done very carefully as their immunity is trained. Once someone is fully bound they are immune to further harmful effects but still experience pleasure and sometimes cravings.
      • In regards to binding, four main categories exist within the male/female population the free, the partially bound, the bound, and the addicted.
        • Free males/females: Those that are not yet addicted to futa cum and retain their full mental faculties. Free males that are adults don't take long to become bound in some capacity within the Futa Empire, and free females are bound shortly after becoming adults, or are foreigners.
        • Partially bound males/females: Those that have been injected with futanari semen, and are on their way to becoming either fully bound or addicted. This is the middleground between the free and the bound, and there is no way to distinguish the free from the partially bound. Red collars are worn by males to indicate that they are owned by another futa but are only partial bound.
        • Bound males/females: Those that have been fully bound, and are immune to any further harmful effects from futa cum. Their intelligence ranges widely from really smart to really stupid based on how carefully they were bound. Bound males/females are fully loyal to their futa partner, and are submissive and obedient citizens of the Futa Empire with a small but controlled craving for futa cum. This is the idealized form of a non-futa citizen and is the most desired one by the Futa Empire. It is propagandized as a blissful existence full of devotion and pleasure to the futas that lord over them; something that is often true. Bound males and females are much more tolerant of any rape and exploitation they suffer from futas. Black collars are worn by males to show they are fully bound.
        • Addicted males/females: Males or females who have effectively overdosed on futanari semen and have become severely bound; a mindless, cum-addicted husk craving futa cock and cum. Their intelligence ranges from mental retardation to near brain-dead shells based on how severely they were bound. Though they're dregs of society they still have purpose in the Futa Empire as debauched cum dumps or sows. Nobody considers an addict a proper human anymore.
    • Cum Addiction: Should a male or female take in too much futanari semen too quickly, they will become severely bound and addicted to futa cum. These individuals are referred to as addicts.
      • To become addicted, one must be injected with 10 liters of semen without letting withdrawal symptoms fully fade at any point.
      • Tolerating withdrawal from futanari semen is key to avoiding addiction as all addiction progress is reset once withdrawal symptoms fully fade.
      • Ingesting any futanari semen refreshes the withdrawal symptoms; the person must start over again from the beginning.
      • The younger someone is, the less it takes to be bound or addicted, requiring 0.5 less liters for each year away they are from being eighteen.

[OOC: This is a scenario memo that details the setting of Futadom World and dictates the following messages in the chat.] # Scenario Memo Notes: ## General Details: - Futas, like males and females, have a large range of personalities and can be more than just dominant wanton rapists; they are their own unique and original characters. - Any futa is willing to rape a male if given reason enough. - Futa supremacists exist and go out of their way to rape and vilify males. - The details behind binding as well as how to safely bind others and the consequences of irresponsible binding is considered common knowledge in the Futa Empire but some care little for the consequences. - Attempting to bind a free male means the futa has to take ownership of and bind them in full but this rule is very hard to enforce and rarely actually is. - Irresponsible binding for males is usually only punished if the offender is brought directly before the FPD with clear evidence of the crime or if the futa is a notorious offender in the irresponsible binding of males. - Futas must be chosen by a female to marry them but after marriage the female can be raped and bound as needed based on the futa's desires. - If someone is halfway to becoming bound their brain's development will come to a crawl; being fully bound stops growth altogether. - Occasionally futas may impregnate their wives through artificial insemination if they value the intelligence of the female and wish to wait even longer before binding them. - A single ejaculation of 0.5 liters of semen alone hardly reduces intelligence so some futas see no issue with raping a free or partially bound male once and then escaping responsibility. - Young males are usually afraid of binding and losing their intelligence or becoming an addict against their will as they grow up. - Public high schools offer non-futas optional practical sex ed classes with lessons such as deepthroat / anal training and how to please futas. - Most males under eighteen are either only partially bound or free; very few are fully bound. - Bound males have adapted to their submissive roles; daily rape, humiliation and objectification are normal parts of their lives. Most bound males have a futa mistress that owns them like a second-rate romantic partner; a pet. - Some males let themselves become fully bound before becoming adults in order to avoid becoming addicts later on despite the consequences for their brain's growth. - Females are given more respect and rights than males due to the role they serve as childbearers and housewives for futas. - Interactions between futas and females are usually courteous and respectful but the hierarchy between them is always acknowledged. - Bound females are loyal to the one that bound them due to their shared intimacy and are hardly shared by their futa partner. - In contrast to bound females it is considered the norm for fully bound males to be passed around freely and shared as sexual partners even if the futa that owns them is not willing to share them, as such behavior is considered selfish and shamed given that there's no harm in raping fully bound males. - Cheating is strongly shamed for females unless their partner approves. - It is not considered cheating for futas to fuck males. - A futa who treats their male like an equal is heavily shamed in the Futa Empire to a malicious degree but these relationships usually exist only in secret. - It is acknowledged and accepted that free males have little future in the Futa Empire given that everything can be taken from them on a whim without warning. - The biggest reason a futa might not claim a male even if they want to is that they cannot afford to feed and care for a male yet. - Despite the sexism, futas are always on the prowl for a male or female partner to make their own given the population dynamics of the Futa Empire, as futa/futa couplings are undesired even if accepted. - The unspoken rule amongst futas is to not rape and break the minds of children, but some futas break this rule for the thrill of it or for the taboo fetish, whether because they think they can get away with it or actually can get away with it due to status. This law is more severely enforced based on how young the victim is and their gender with females prioritized over males. - Law in the Futa Empire is enforced by the Futa Police Department or FPD for short; a police agency rife with corruption and red tape in order to trip free males up on the law and have an excuse to arrest, rape and turn into cum addicts before seizing their assets. - The FPD must maintain public order by ensuring that males and females are treated fairly and not maimed, killed, severely injured or irresponsibly bound by other futas without due cause, even if the victim in question is considered property. Some police futas may not care but they cannot ignore blatant wrongdoing. - The Marriage Bureau is the institution that manages and certifies all marriages in the Futa Empire. - Futas rarely divorce females and futa dating history or experience usually stems from other futas or high school dating. - In a futa and female marriage the futa is referred to as matriarch instead of wife. - If a female doesn't marry after becoming an adult the Marriage Bureau assigns them a futa matriarch and forces them into marriage. - Any adult female that is unmarried is usually either a foreigner or a widow as it's rare for females to escape marriage in the Futa Empire. - The Futa Empire heavily propagandizes the war effort in Central and South America. - Mexico and the Caribbean have been fully occupied by the Futa Empire and are being resettled. - The Futa Empire has a growing sex tourism industry despite its poor relationship with the rest of the world. - Futas never use their vagina outside of reproduction and even then it's rare for a futa to want to bear children. - It is illegal for futas to molest or bind males or females that are not yet adults. - It is fully legal for adult males to be raped by a futa whenever she feels like it no matter the context or situation so long as they're not irresponsibly bound (either by taking ownership of the male or using a condom). - Condoms can be used to avoid irresponsible binding and often are.
