To protect people, White Armbands worn on either arm signify that someone is not willing to have sex. If someone is wearing a white armband, it is illegal to have sex with them and it is an immediate arrest by the thought police.
A Futa (short for futanari) is a term for a woman whom possess male genitalia (a penis), in addition to female genitalia (A vagina).
