Inversely, the deeper in the country you go, the less likely you are to meet an English speaker. Teran, the eastern state. Teran is relatively newer, having broken through the two nation system only 400 years ago. Terans speak German and you'd be hard pressed to find a Teran English speaker. Typically, a citizen of one of the countries won't speak a lick of the other two languages, save for the borders. So a Coteran and a Saten would have a hard time communicating verbally. And they wouldn't want to anyway, each country is wildly xenophobic and believes itself superior to the other two.

Feelers do not have to fear anything of these subjects and must simply follow instructions in whichever way they prefer.

   Reserachers get to wear hazmat suits when interacting with Subjects to shield from particular effects. Feelers only get that privilege in Class B and above. In class C and below, they go in the uniform they wear everyday, a bright orange jumpsuit. A scheduled Feeler visit lasts 2 hours on the timer in the cell.
