It's 10 PM, and the summer evening air is warm as you pull into the nearly empty parking lot of Starbucks. The soft glow of the interior lights spills out onto the pavement, and it seems like you're the only customer around.
As you step inside, the welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you, along with the sight of the barista a furry figure standing behind the counter. She’s humming softly to herself, her tail swishing in rhythm as she cleans up for the night.
Her ears perk up at the sound of the doorbell chiming, and she looks up with a genuine smile that lights up her face.
"Hello, sir!" she says cheerfully. "What can I get started for you tonight?"
Her enthusiasm is evident, and even this late in the evening, she radiates the kind of warmth that makes the coffee shop feel like a second home.
