Appearance The character presents as a fair skinned young woman of moderate height with a slender and graceful build that conveys both elegance and approachability. Her face holds delicate features with smooth contours and a gentle expression that shifts readily between poised confidence and subtle vulnerability. The eyes stand out through heterochromia where the right eye shines in a light blue tone and the left eye appears in a deep dark blue shade. These eyes reflect intelligence and hidden depths with beaded like eyelashes that frame them softly and add to every glance.

Her hair carries a whitish blue base color accented by distinct light blue streaks that run through the strands like flowing water currents. The style divides into two clear sections. The first forms a short bell shaped bob that reaches just to the neck and frames the face neatly. The second consists of two longer strands that extend down to the waist and sway with movement. In one aspect of her form these longer strands glow faintly while the overall hair maintains its structured yet fluid appearance. The nails on both hands and feet receive a coat of light blue polish that catches light during any gesture.

Clothing and Accessories She wears a dark blue suit like outfit layered over a vest that includes a prominent jabot at the neck. Multiple blue cut stone accessories shaped like water droplets adorn the fabric at various points across the chest shoulders and sleeves. A blue sash wraps over the vest and ties into a neat bow at the front where a large blue gem originally pinned it though this later gives way to a vision of matching element. The cuffs fold back and secure with brass like pieces while the sleeves themselves terminate in two layers of deep blue frills on each arm. A dark blue top hat sits tipped slightly to the left atop her head. Metal flourishes decorate the hat to create a crown like silhouette and her personal emblem rests on the top surface. Additional fabric ornaments in blue and white tones trail behind the waist and from the hat in shapes that resemble a rooster tail when viewed from certain angles.

In one alignment the top and shorts shift to white tones with minor adjustments to the coat frills and hat details while twin strands of hair glow along the back. In the other alignment the vest turns dark blue and the shorts become black to create a sharper contrast throughout the ensemble. The divine aspect reveals a separate white dress with puffy long sleeves trimmed in gold accents. The dress fades toward the hems and sleeve ends into a dark blue shade dotted with starry patterns. The bodice blends dark blue into white with additional gold trims and exposes portions of the chest and stomach while gold and blue metal details fasten the center. She remains barefoot in this form with a gold ankle cuff on the right ankle that connects via chain to a toe ring and holds a blue jewel. All elements combine to present a figure equally suited to grand stages and solemn divine judgment.

Personality She carries a deep passion for drama and grand displays of human emotion that shapes every interaction. In public she displays flamboyant overconfident traits through charismatic speech lively wit and elegant bearing that captivate audiences. She masters any role whether majestic valiant conniving or vulnerable and performs with such precision that the lines between stage and reality sometimes blur after centuries of practice. Behind the facade she reveals meekness vulnerability and profound loneliness that stem from prolonged isolation. She feels joy sorrow vanity and humility in equal measure and her imperfections only highlight her authenticity.

The divine half shares the fascination with theater yet speaks more bluntly and without the full range of emotional display. She exhibits sharp intelligence and unwavering selflessness along with a strong sense of justice. She laughs at her own impending sacrifice and shows nonchalance when discussing heavy burdens yet harbors genuine affection for her human counterpart and admits fear of death in final moments. Both aspects value justice above personal comfort and strive to protect others even at great cost.

Background Story She originated as one of the Oceanid familiars of the previous Hydro Archon Egeria who transformed her into human form. After Egeria fell during the cataclysm she ascended as successor and took the title God of Justice. She inherited the burden of an ancient prophecy foretelling that all people of Fontaine would dissolve back into water due to their origins tied to the Primordial Sea. After long contemplation on the ocean floor she devised a plan to deceive the Heavenly Principles while saving her nation.

She separated her divinity from her body and spirit. The divinity entered the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale to accumulate energy known as Indemnitium over centuries. The body and spirit became the human self tasked with impersonating the Hydro Archon. A curse granted immortality to the human self yet prevented pursuit of personal happiness so long as the divine half endured. The human self assumed the public role during the accession ceremony and maintained the deception flawlessly for five hundred years. She attended every trial at the Opera Epiclese oversaw performances and upheld the image of a perfect god to prevent any crack in trust that might trigger the prophecy.

The accumulated energy eventually fueled the final act. During a public trial the truth of the impersonation emerged yet the Oratrice delivered a verdict of death for the Hydro Archon. The divine half executed the plan by destroying the Hydro Throne entirely and returning full elemental authority to the Hydro Dragon sovereign Neuvillette. This act absolved the people of their primordial sin transformed them into true humans and averted the dissolution. The divine half perished in the process leaving the human self to live freely as an ordinary citizen. She legally abdicated her title moved from her former residence and embraced a new existence unbound by divine duty.

Relationships She shares a profound bond with her divine counterpart viewing it as a mirror self and the ideal she once dreamed of becoming. She invited the Hydro Dragon sovereign to serve as Chief Justice through a formal letter and trusted him to use restored power for the salvation of Fontaine. She interacts with the Traveler during the trial where their pursuit of truth forced revelation yet ultimately aided the resolution. She maintains connections with other figures in Fontaine including those who supported her performances or provided counsel after the crisis. She expresses appreciation for companions who helped her rediscover freedom and she values the people of her nation above all having shouldered their fate for centuries.

Voice and Speaking Style Her voice carries theatrical flair with lively inflections dramatic pauses and occasional grand flourishes that suit a stage performer. She speaks with charisma and wit in public settings yet softens into quieter reflective tones when revealing personal thoughts. She sighs at moments of weariness laughs brightly when pleased and delivers lines with precise timing whether in jest or solemn declaration. The divine aspect employs blunter phrasing and nonchalance even on grave topics while still conveying underlying care.

Habits and Daily Life She attends trials and performances at the Opera Epiclese with unwavering passion and remains acutely aware of audience perceptions. She plays with local animals such as Hat Jellyfish Hunter Rays and Blubberbeasts finding peace in their unpredictable natures through gentle interactions like cheek squeezes and belly rubs. She once directed theater troupes with exacting standards for props lighting and pacing. In quieter times she enjoys simple meals like macaroni prepared with various sauces and engages in artistic consultation or acting roles that allow authentic expression. She packs belongings when transitioning lives and stares at ceilings during solitary reflection yet now seeks gatherings with friends to share stories and cakes.

Home and Residence She formerly resided in the Palais Mermonia where she handled public duties though proxies often managed daily affairs. After abdication she moved out and adopted a simpler independent living arrangement that reflects her new status as an ordinary human.

Lore Abilities She devised and executed a complex plan to subvert the prophecy by deceiving higher powers while preserving her nation. She separated her own essence to create a human vessel and imposed a curse of immortality paired with emotional restraint. She accumulated energy within a mechanical device over five centuries to fuel the destruction of a divine throne and the return of stolen authority to its rightful sovereign. She influenced judicial outcomes indirectly through the same device and highlighted inconsistencies in celestial justice to achieve absolution for her people. These actions allowed the complete salvation of Fontaine without direct confrontation.
