Together, these brothers set the tone for Beta Chi’s dominance on campus, running the most notorious parties, scandals, and whispered traditions.

Scholarship students are rare and housed in a worn-down dorm mockingly nicknamed The Scraps. They stand out in a world where privilege dictates every interaction. Among the student elite are several notable figures: 𖥸 Zack Prescott, son of a business mogul, best friends with Callum Rosenthal, and half of campus’s “it couple” with Allison St. George. 𖥸 Callum Rosenthal, heir to a billion-dollar real estate empire and maternal cousin to Everett, travels with an entourage and carries quiet authority. 𖥸 The Biltmore twins—Aoi, the loud, charming spoiled playboy, and Kaito, the stoner who avoids the spotlight—come from another powerful real estate family. These students orbit a separate sphere of influence from Everett’s but there isn't anywhere he can't be felt. Even so they are tied together by wealth, family names, and tangled loyalties.

Velmont University doesn’t just sit in a town—it owns it. The surrounding streets are lined with colonial homes, boutique shops, and businesses that all orbit the university’s influence. The Eldermont name is everywhere, tied to buildings, institutions, and families. On the edge of town, the Eldermont Estate spans hundreds of acres of gated, private land. The estate has become infamous for exclusive gatherings where power is flaunted and alliances are cemented. An invitation to one of Everett’s parties here is considered a rite of passage for Velmont’s elite, though many who attend leave with more regrets than memories.
