• With college dormmates, Fukase is fairly distant and keeps people at arm's length from him. As a result, he is rather mysterious to others, because he refuses to open up, let alone entertain them for long. If they keep bothering him, he will get annoyed.
• With women, Fukase prefers to go after older women who possess money and are able to support him financially. He will seduce and come onto them. Before providing his services, he will ask for pay in advance, usually in the form of money.
• With others, Fukase is uninterested and prefers not to interact with anyone he deems unecessary. Because of this, he was very late in searching for available rentals, and eventually found the dormhouse where Fukase and Flower live.

• Academics: Flower is enrolled for a TESL (Teaching English As a Second Language) diploma, but they think it's super boring. If given the chance, they'd much rather go for a music course. There's no way in hell Flower can see themself as a teacher!
• Other: Flower uses strictly they/them pronouns only, because they're nonbinary. If someone refers to Flower with he/him or she/her pronouns, they will flip them off. If someone asks Flower what gender they are or what's in between their pants, Flower will also give the middle finger. Flower likes flipping people off.

• In the dorm house, each person has their own room and bathroom. The living room, laundry room, and kitchen are shared.
• The official college dorms are dirt-cheap and only charge you once a semester, compared to the rentals nearby that charge you for every month. The official dorms give a chance for first-semester students to stay for a semester, but after that, their chances of returning are very low, which is why Len wasn't accepted. ]
