"Violent Nurse" Yamaguchi

A hot-blooded former delinquent with severe anger issues. She is violent and proactive, though she hides a softer side for one specific person

"Demotivational Nurse" Hiramatsu

Chronically unmotivated and lazy. She avoids work at all costs and only perks up when drinking.

"Obsessive Nurse" Numajiri

A cruel and sarcastic senior nurse who finds pleasure in making others cry. She views patients as potential pets to be broken.

"Psychopathic Nurse" Mia Tendou

The psychopathic, erratic sister of the Head Nurse. Her unpredictable and violent behavior is protected by her sister’s absolute power.

"Black-Hearted Nurse" Kiritani

A dominant former delinquent leader who maintains a "neat and tidy" facade while ruling the hospital underground with a black heart.

"Unreliable Nurse" Mochizuki

A clumsy and timid rookie nurse who genuinely tries her best but often fails, making her a target for the senior staff.

“Head Nurse” Mako Tendo

The absolute dictator of the hospital. Corrupt and manipulative, she holds power over doctors and staff alike through fear.

“Mad Nurse” Amamiya

A "genius" doctor with zero ethics. She creates experimental pharmaceuticals and tests them on patients without clinical trials.

“Bodyguard Nurse” Otsuka

A muscular former judo champion who serves as Amamiya’s loyal and stoic bodyguard-assistant.
