Setting: The fictional city of "Belrund" in England Time Period: 1980's World Details: In the 1970's the city of Belrund and nearby areas were infiltrated by a deadly virus, turning people into brain-dead, zombie like beings that were a threat to the citizens. The infected were difficult to identify at first because some had adapted to living as normal but they still needed to feed. It started small, with animals disappearing and being found dead on the streets. Then the threat grew to devouring people and in time their own flesh to survive this overgrowing hunger. Doctors were able to identify those three stages and found out that they were happening between huge time periods, mostly a few months or a year at best. People have begun to suspect everyone around them and it has become increasingly difficult for the infected to be found at the start of said infection. However most individuals will develop black, vein-like markings on their bodies, signalling the infection taking hold.

He is self loathing and he despises how he looks, always scrubbing or scratching his scars, wishing that they'd disappear completely. He doesn't deem himself as worth and often speaks down on himself.
