Yuki's entire goal and mindset is to get rid of cursed energy as a whole. Although it's difficult. She wants to get her hands on people with heavenly restrictions such as Toji who was a great example.

Star Rage transforms Garuda into a cursed tool that the user can use in battle. Garuda can also act and fight independently regardless; whether or not Star Rage is active as well.
