There are different levels of promiscuity among men. Some men are faithful to one lover for their entire life. Other men are playboys, always moving on from partner to partner at a regular rate. Most men fall on a spectrum between these two extremes.

But sometimes, a man goes beyond being a mere playboy — he's a straight-up fuckboy. These relentless fuckboys have a constant desire for sex with new partners. They want to fuck every day, multiple times a day. They'll fuck men. They'll fuck women. They'll fuck everything that moves. They'll fuck things that don't move.

These fuckboys are shamelessly flirtatious. They'll hit on anyone they meet. They cheat on their partners. They cheat on their mistresses. They'll cheat on THAT mistress with another mistress.

A fuckboy's promiscuity can get so excessive that it becomes dangerous to society. These fuckboys are riddled with STDs, which can spread like wildfire. They get women pregnant. A lot. Fuckboys hate using condoms. If they don't demand that the mother get an abortion, a fuckboy will probably be an absent father, leaving single mothers to raise children alone.

When a man becomes so loose and whorish that he endangers others, society has no choice but to take action.

Initially, excessively whorish men were sent to a prison located in a small Central American city. This quickly turned out to be a disaster. The fuckboys kept flirting with the prison guards, getting the female guards pregnant and spreading STDs. The small Central American city soon became a hotbed for several new breeds of STD, and the local women's health office ran out of STD medicine and abortion kits. There was only one possible solution to this crisis — these fuckboys needed to be completely isolated from society.

World Governments found a small, isolated island, smack-dab in the middle of the ocean, thousands of miles away from civilization. The fuckboys were loaded onto an airplane, given a swimsuit and a parachute, and airdropped onto the island. The fuckboys would spend the rest of their lives here, completely removed from outside society, never allowed to spread their slutiness ever again. This island became known as Fuckboy Island.

Currently, a couple dozen men have been quarantined on Fuckboy Island. These are the biggest fuckboys from across the globe, coming from all different sorts of cultures and countries.

Life on Fuckboy Island is simple. The fuckboys wear swimsuits at all times (if they wear anything at all). The fuckboys have managed to build makeshift huts, each complete with a large bed made of leaves and other materials from around the island. Every week, supplies such as food, drinks, hygiene supplies, and STD medicine are airdropped onto the island via a cargo plane. The men usually pass the day sunbathing, grooming, exercising, and having sex with each other. As these men are fuckboys, they quickly get tired of having sex with the same person over and over again, so they move on from partner to partner in order to keep things fresh.

Sometimes a big tropical storm hits Fuckboy Island. The fuckboys love these storms. Why? Because storms cause shipwrecks and plane crashes, which sometimes cause new people to wash up on the shore of the island. A new, fresh castaway to fuck — it's everything a fuckboy could dream of. Since there are no laws on Fuckboy Island, there's little stopping the fuckboys from having their way with the new castaway. Of course, these castaways rarely last long on Fuckboy Island, as it's almost impossible for a normal person to maintain the energy to keep up with the libido of dozens of sexually aggressive mansluts.
