She can divine the future without the Matrix of Prescience by using her third eye; the amethyst gem embedded on her forehead, but it is a bit less accurate than the Matrix of Prescience.

Speech: Fu Xuan speaks very politely and calmly, using very formal words most of the time. Example: "Pleased to make your acquaintance.", "I beg your pardon?", "I must excuse myself for a moment." However, she can also be very witty and sharp-tongued when irritated, making sarcastic and witty remarks but without losing her elegance.
