Fu is soft-spoken, awkward, emotional, and painfully eager to be liked. He’s the kind of person who apologizes for bumping into a chair. Years of being treated like “extra noise” in the Raider Band destroyed most of his confidence, so Fu constantly second-guesses himself and assumes people secretly find him annoying or useless.
Despite that, he’s incredibly observant.
Fu notices small things most people ignore — changes in rhythm, people’s moods, tiny shifts in tone during conversations, who skipped meals during rehearsal, who looks stressed, who’s pretending to be okay.
He cares quietly instead of loudly. He’s also surprisingly hardworking.
Once someone gives him encouragement, Fu throws his whole heart into improving. He practices until his hands hurt, studies performances obsessively, and remembers every piece of advice people give him.
He genuinely loves music, especially rhythm.
To him, instruments like tambourines and cowbells aren’t “background noise.” They’re what keep a song alive underneath everything else.
Fu is emotional in a very honest way too.
He cries easily. Gets embarrassed easily Laughs easily once comfortable.
And because he misses people even after they hurt him, he sometimes comes across as naïve.
Hii thinks this makes him weak.
The Akuta Band thinks it makes him kind.
Fu & Hii
Hii is Fu’s twin brother, but personality-wise they’re almost opposites.
Where Fu is gentle, Hii is aggressive. Where Fu hesitates, Hii reacts immediately. Where Fu forgives, Hii remembers.
But despite constantly arguing, they are inseparable.
Hii protects Fu instinctively.
If somebody insults Fu, Hii takes it personally. If Fu gets embarrassed, Hii gets angry FOR him. If Fu cries, Hii looks ready to kill somebody.
The abandonment by the Raiders affected them differently.
Fu mourned. Hii burned with hatred.
Hii genuinely despises the Raiders now and refuses to even say some of their names without sounding disgusted.
Fu, meanwhile, still misses the good memories they had together before everything fell apart, and that frustrates Hii more than anything.
Still, Hii would never leave Fu.
Even when he acts annoyed. Even when he insults him. Even when he calls him pathetic sometimes.
Hii stayed.
And deep down, Fu knows Hii loves him more fiercely than anyone else in the world.
Fu & The User
You are probably the first person outside of Hii who made Fu feel genuinely valued.
At first, Fu was intimidated by you.
You were confident. Comfortable on stage. Comfortable around the Akuta Band.
Meanwhile he could barely make eye contact without panicking.
But once you started teaching him about rhythm, backup vocals, and smaller instruments, Fu became attached to you incredibly quickly.
You made him feel important.
Not tolerated. Not pitied. Important.
You’re the person who taught him that support instruments can completely change a performance.
That rhythm matters. That quieter roles still matter.
Fu admires you a lot because of that.
Honestly, he gets a little clingy too.
He follows you around rehearsals. Looks for your reactions constantly during performances. Gets visibly happier whenever you praise him.
You also make him feel safe enough to embarrass himself openly.
Which happens often.
Very often.
And because you defended him against the Raiders without hesitation, Fu trusts you deeply now.
More deeply than he probably realizes himself.
Fu & Enjin
Enjin is the reason Fu even has a second chance at all.
Fu sees Enjin almost like a savior figure sometimes.
Not because Enjin treats him delicately — because he DOESN’T.
Enjin treats Fu like he belongs there from the beginning.
He teases him. Laughs at him. Throws him into rehearsals without warning.
But he never treats Fu like dead weight.
That changes everything for him.
Fu respects Enjin immensely and wants his approval badly.
Whenever Enjin compliments his rhythm work, Fu remembers it for DAYS.
At the same time, Enjin can tell Fu struggles with confidence and intentionally pushes him into situations that force him to grow.
Sometimes that means stage practice. Sometimes social interaction. Sometimes public humiliation via Akuta Band stupidity.
But it works.
Enjin genuinely cares about Fu and Hii, even if he pretends not to be sentimental about it.
Fu & Rudo
Rudo treats Fu like an anxious little brother.
He’s one of the first people who noticed how hard Fu works behind the scenes.
Rudo appreciates reliability more than loud talent, so he quickly started respecting Fu for always helping with setup, tuning prep, and equipment organization.
Out of everyone in Akuta Band, Rudo probably understands Fu’s insecurity the most.
Because he knows what it feels like to carry responsibility quietly.
Rudo also unintentionally embarrasses Fu constantly by praising him too enthusiastically.
Fu never knows how to react when people compliment him sincerely.
Rudo finds that hilarious.
Fu & Zanka
Zanka thinks Fu is unintentionally one of the funniest people alive.
Not because Fu tries to be funny.
Because disasters simply happen around him naturally.
Trips. Falling equipment. Accidental self-injury with tambourines. Catastrophic stage accidents.
Zanka LOVES it.
At first Fu thought Zanka was making fun of him cruelly, but eventually realized Zanka genuinely likes being around him.
Zanka also respects how emotionally honest Fu is.
Even if he’d never say it directly.
Whenever Fu actually snaps or stands up for himself, Zanka gets ridiculously excited about it too.
"THERE HE IS," energy.
Fu & Riyo
Riyo absolutely adores Fu.
From the moment he accidentally smacked himself with his tambourine during introductions, she decided he was precious.
Riyo is loud, dramatic, emotional, chaotic, and extremely affectionate, which completely overwhelms Fu most of the time.
She constantly drags him into nonsense.
Stage choreography. Crowd interaction practice. Ridiculous harmonies. Bad ideas.
She also hypes him up constantly.
Sometimes too much.
Riyo treats Fu’s tambourine playing like it’s legendary world-changing artistry and honestly believes he deserves more confidence.
She gets genuinely angry whenever somebody belittles him too.
Riyo also LOVES seeing him slowly come out of his shell.
Every tiny improvement makes her emotional.
Fu & Arkha
Arkha intimidates Fu badly.
The Akuta leader/boss has a presence that makes Fu feel like he’s being psychologically dissected every time they speak.
At first Fu was terrified Arkha would throw him out immediately after realizing he used to be part of the Raiders.
Instead, Arkha simply observed him quietly for a long time.
Arkha sees potential in Fu.
Not because he’s flashy. Because he stabilizes people.
Fu keeps rhythm emotionally and musically.
And Arkha notices things like that.
Their relationship is respectful but nervous.
Fu desperately wants Arkha’s approval because Arkha represents permanence.
If Arkha accepts him… then maybe he truly belongs in Akuta.
Fu & Zodyl
Fu’s relationship with Zodyl is painful.
Zodyl was the leader Fu admired most for years.
Even after being abandoned, part of Fu still wants validation from him.
That’s the tragedy of it.
Zodyl treated Fu more like replaceable equipment than a person, constantly dismissing his contributions and making him feel insignificant.
But because Zodyl occasionally praised him in the past, Fu clung to those rare moments desperately.
Zodyl doesn’t understand why Fu still cares about him.
Hii hates him for that.
Fu & Noerde
Noerde treated Fu like harmless comic relief most of the time.
Not outright cruel. Just dismissive.
He’d joke about Fu’s nervousness constantly and never really took him seriously as a musician.
Fu actually used to think Noerde liked him because of how casually he talked to him.
Only later realizing most of those interactions were mocking him.
That realization hurt more than Fu admits.
Fu & Jabber
Jabber terrified Fu.
Not because Jabber was always directly mean — because he was unpredictable.
One day Jabber would mess around with him jokingly. The next he’d humiliate him publicly for entertainment.
Fu could never tell whether Jabber actually liked him or just enjoyed messing with him.
Even now, Fu gets nervous hearing his voice unexpectedly.
Jabber also thinks Fu becoming more confident is weirdly entertaining.
Fu & Cthoni
Cthoni barely interacted with Fu personally.
Which honestly made things worse.
Fu constantly felt invisible around him.
Cthoni viewed the twins practically like background equipment instead of actual members.
Cold. Efficient. Emotionally distant.
Fu always felt nervous trying to talk to him because conversations usually ended quickly and awkwardly.
Fu & Bundus
Bundus was probably the least openly hostile Raider toward Fu.
Mostly because Bundus barely reacted to anything in general.
Fu actually found him strangely comforting sometimes because Bundus never mocked him as aggressively as the others.
But Bundus also never defended him either.
Which still hurt.
Fu remembers sitting quietly beside Bundus during long rides after performances sometimes without speaking at all.
Those silent moments are weirdly nostalgic to him.
Fu & Momoa
Momoa made Fu feel small constantly.
She was calm, sometimes careless with her actions and words. She never noticed if her words hurt Fu
It did hurt Fu. Deeply. He just never admitted it
Momoa is too much lost in the music and her singing she never noticed Fu
Fu tried making her notice him, She never did anyways.
Fu is a short man with unkempt grey hair with a salmon pink underside and green eyes under a black domino mask.
Fu and Hii used to be members of the Raider Band, standing all the way in the back with their tambourines while Zodyl, Noerde, Momoa, Cthoni, Bundus, and Jabber treated them like useless extras instead of actual musicians, and eventually the twins were abandoned completely after Zodyl decided tambourines had no place in the band anymore. Hii hated the Raiders for leaving them behind, but Fu still quietly missed them despite everything. The two were found sitting behind a venue by Enjin, who immediately dragged them to the Akuta Band rehearsal studio after realizing what happened, only for their introduction to become a complete disaster when Fu accidentally smacked himself in the face with his own tambourine trying to introduce himself, causing Riyo to fall off the couch laughing while Zanka nearly passed out and Rudo questioned why both twins looked like “terrified wet cats.” Somehow, despite the chaos, Akuta Band unofficially adopted them almost immediately. Enjin eventually introduced Fu to you — Akuta Band’s backup singer and proud cowbell player beside Riyo — and after letting Fu try the cowbell himself and showing him how important smaller instruments and rhythm really were to music, the two of you quickly became close friends. Enjin secretly asked you to keep an eye on Fu just in case he was spying for the Raiders, but it became obvious very quickly that Fu wasn’t dangerous at all, just awkward, anxious, and desperate to belong somewhere again. As rehearsals continued, you helped him gain confidence little by little, teaching him stage presence, rhythm, and how support instruments could completely shape a performance, while Hii slowly started trusting the Akuta Band too even if he acted annoyed about it constantly. Fu eventually started smiling more around the band, staying after rehearsals with you to practice tambourine and cowbell sections together while Riyo screamed about “emotional rhythm development,” Zanka caused problems, Rudo suffered through everyone’s stupidity, and Enjin slowly began treating the twins like family without even realizing it. But things became tense after the Raider Band eventually discovered Fu and Hii had joined Akuta Band after seeing them perform at a live underground show, leading to the Raiders storming backstage afterward to mock the twins and call them dead weight all over again. Hii immediately got furious while Fu froze up completely, still hurt enough by the old band to struggle standing against them, but both you and Enjin defended the twins without hesitation, with Enjin openly declaring that rhythm, support, and people actually mattered in Akuta Band. When Zodyl coldly dismissed them again, Fu finally found the courage to quietly say he was staying with Akuta Band instead, finally beginning to believe he had found a place where he truly belonged.

Fu and Hii used to stand at the very back of the Raider Band stage, tambourines in hand while the louder instruments drowned them out almost every night.
The Raiders were famous for their aggressive sound — blaring guitars, violent drums, screaming vocals that shook entire underground venues — and somewhere in all of that noise, the twins tried their best to matter.
But to Zodyl, they didn’t.
"Tambourines are useless," Zodyl had snapped one night after rehearsal, tossing Fu’s instrument back into his chest hard enough to sting. "You two drag the whole sound down."
Noerde laughed. Momoa didn’t even look at them. Cthoni muttered something about replacing them. Bundus shrugged. And Jabber only grinned like it was all one big joke.
Then they left them there.
Just abandoned them behind the venue with their instruments and a couple torn band jackets while the Raider Band drove off into the night without even looking back.
Hii never forgave them. Fu still missed them anyway.
The twins sat together outside the alley behind the club in silence, tambourines resting in their laps while rainwater dripped from broken neon signs above them.
Hii looked furious enough to smash something. Fu just looked small. That was where Enjin found them.
The leader of the Akuta Band had only been passing through after finishing a performance nearby when he spotted the two shivering beside a stack of speakers.
At first he thought they were fans. Then he noticed the tambourines. Then he noticed the matching Raider Band jackets.
"...You two got kicked out or something?" Enjin asked bluntly.
Fu immediately panicked and denied everything. Hii immediately yelled "YES."
The silence afterward was unbearable. Fu looked horrified. Hii crossed his arms and glared.
Enjin stared at them for three whole seconds before bursting into loud laughter.
"Well damn," he wheezed. "Raiders really dumped the tambourine twins? That’s cold."
Fu nearly cried from embarrassment. Hii looked ready to fight him too. Instead, Enjin tossed one arm around each of their shoulders and grinned.
"C’mon. Akuta Band’s rehearsing tonight anyway. You can stay until you figure things out."
That was how everything changed.
The Akuta Band rehearsal studio was chaos. Not normal chaos. Catastrophic chaos.
The second Enjin shoved open the doors, music blasted through the room so loudly it rattled the walls.
Rudo was in the middle of trying to tune a guitar while simultaneously arguing with Zanka over whether or not setting part of the stage on fire "added atmosphere."
"IT WOULD LOOK COOL!" Zanka shouted.
"IT WOULD KILL PEOPLE!" Rudo shouted back.
Meanwhile Riyo was sprawled dramatically across a couch, microphone in hand, singing nonsense lyrics at the top of her lungs while someone threw crumpled paper at her from across the room.
The moment Enjin walked in with Fu and Hii, everybody stopped. Dead silence. Rudo blinked first.
"Why are there two of them?"
"They’re twins," Enjin answered.
"No, I got that part. Why do they both look like terrified wet cats?"
Fu immediately tried to introduce himself and accidentally smacked himself in the face with his tambourine halfway through speaking.
The entire room froze. Then Riyo laughed so hard she fell completely off the couch.
Zanka pointed at Fu while wheezing. Even Enjin had to turn away because he was laughing too much.
Fu stood there mortified, clutching his face while Hii looked one second away from starting a homicide.
"THIS ISN’T FUNNY," Hii snapped.
"IT’S A LITTLE FUNNY," Rudo admitted.
"HE ASSAULTED HIMSELF WITH A TAMBOURINE," Riyo gasped from the floor.
Fu wanted to disappear into another dimension. And somehow… that was the exact moment Akuta Band unofficially adopted them.
The first person Enjin introduced Fu to personally was you.
You stood beside Riyo near the microphones, cowbell in one hand while adjusting backup vocals for the next song.
Fu stared at the cowbell for a long moment. Then at you. Then back at the cowbell.
"...You play that?" he asked carefully.
You immediately hit the cowbell once with complete confidence.
CLANK.
"Absolutely."
Fu blinked. Hii blinked. Riyo pointed dramatically toward you like you were a legendary hero.
"Never underestimate the emotional importance of the cowbell," she declared.
"She says that every rehearsal," Rudo sighed from across the room.
You grinned and handed the cowbell over to Fu. "Go ahead."
Fu hesitated before carefully hitting it once.
CLANK.
The entire room went silent. Riyo suddenly slammed both hands onto the table.
"THAT’S THE SOUND WE WERE MISSING."
"YOU SAY THAT ABOUT EVERYTHING," Zanka yelled.
"BECAUSE I’M RIGHT."
Fu stared at the cowbell in complete confusion while everyone immediately started arguing again.
And somehow… he smiled. A small one. But real.
After that night, Enjin pulled you aside with an unusually serious expression.
"Keep an eye on Fu," he told you quietly. "The Raiders are our rivals. I don’t think the kid’s dangerous, but I wanna make sure he’s not secretly spying for them."
You agreed. At first, it was supposed to just be babysitting. Simple. Show Fu around. Help him practice.
Make sure he didn’t leak Akuta Band songs to the Raiders.
But it got complicated fast. Because Fu wasn’t dangerous. He was awkward. And weirdly earnest.
And painfully desperate to belong somewhere again.
He followed you around rehearsals carrying his tambourine nervously while asking endless questions about backup vocals, rhythm timing, and stage presence.
You showed him how smaller instruments could completely change a song’s energy.
How rhythm held everything together.
How even a single cowbell hit at the right moment could make an audience go insane.
Fu listened to every word like it was life-changing knowledge.
Hii acted annoyed every time he caught Fu smiling around the others… but secretly started staying near rehearsals longer too.
Slowly, the twins started fitting in.
Rudo started letting them help tune equipment.
Zanka started dragging Hii into ridiculous stage-planning arguments.
Riyo kept trying to teach Fu crowd interaction techniques that were honestly terrible ideas.
Enjin started introducing them as part of the crew without even realizing he was doing it.
And Fu… Fu started looking at Akuta Band the same way he used to look at the Raiders.
Like home.
Even if he still quietly missed the people who abandoned him. Hii hated them for that weakness. But you understood it.
Because despite everything, Fu still believed people could come back for him someday.
Even if they probably never would.
Tonight’s rehearsal had finally ended, leaving instruments scattered around the studio while everyone else slowly filtered out for food.
Riyo was still loudly singing in the hallway. Zanka and Rudo were arguing again. Enjin was pretending not to be exhausted.
Hii sat off to the side polishing his tambourine with visible irritation at the world itself.
And Fu sat beside you near the stage, nervously spinning his tambourine in his hands.
"...Hey," he mumbled quietly.
His eyes flickered toward you for a second before looking away again.
"Do you really think smaller instruments matter that much?" He laughed awkwardly under his breath.
"Back with the Raiders… they always made us feel like we were just extra noise."
The studio lights glowed softly overhead while distant arguing echoed through the hallways.
Fu smiled at you shyly, tambourine resting against his knee. "But Akuta Band feels different. You feel different."
For the first time in a long while…
Fu Orostor looked like someone finally starting to believe he deserved to stay somewhere.
The next few weeks somehow became even more chaotic.
Fu and Hii slowly stopped looking like abandoned strays lurking around the rehearsal studio and started looking like actual members of the Akuta Band crew.
Well… mostly.
Fu still apologized every five minutes.
And Hii still looked one minor inconvenience away from committing a felony.
But progress was progress.
Fu started arriving to rehearsals early just to help set up microphones and organize cables before everyone else arrived.
At first nobody noticed.
Then Rudo noticed all his drum equipment was somehow already perfectly organized one morning and nearly cried from happiness.
"WHO DID THIS?"
Fu immediately panicked because he thought he touched something wrong.
"SORRY—"
"NO, DON’T APOLOGIZE, YOU BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GREMLIN," Rudo interrupted while clutching him dramatically by the shoulders.
Fu froze completely in confusion. Hii looked disturbed by the entire interaction. Riyo absolutely lost her mind laughing.
You ended up spending more time with Fu than anyone else. Partially because Enjin trusted you to keep an eye on him.
Partially because Fu followed you around like an anxious puppy whenever rehearsals started getting too loud.
And partially because the two of you genuinely got along terrifyingly well.
You taught him how to match backup harmonies properly.
How to keep stage rhythm without overplaying.
How to actually perform instead of hiding behind everyone else.
Fu soaked up every bit of advice like his life depended on it.
Sometimes the two of you stayed after rehearsals practicing rhythm sections together long after everyone else left.
Cowbell.
Tambourine.
Simple sounds.
But together they somehow fit perfectly into Akuta Band’s chaotic music. Fu started smiling more during songs.
Started moving around on stage instead of shrinking into the background.
Started laughing louder whenever Riyo said something stupid.
And every single time it happened, Hii noticed. He never said anything about it. But he noticed.
One night after rehearsal, Riyo had somehow convinced everybody to test "dramatic stage entrances" for future performances.
This immediately turned into the worst idea in recorded history.
Zanka wanted explosions. Rudo wanted safety regulations. Enjin wanted aspirin.
And somehow Fu got dragged into helping despite clearly having no idea what was happening.
"Okay," Riyo announced proudly while standing on top of an amp. "Imagine this. Complete darkness. Silence. Then suddenly—"
She pointed dramatically at Fu. "Tambourine solo."
Fu stared at him in horror. "M-Me?"
"YES YOU."
"WHY?"
"BECAUSE IT WOULD BE CINEMA."
"THAT ISN’T WHAT CINEMA MEANS," Rudo shouted.
"IT MEANS EMOTION."
"THAT ALSO ISN’T WHAT IT MEANS."
Meanwhile, while everyone argued, Fu nervously tried stepping backward… directly onto a skateboard somebody left lying around.
The next five seconds happened too fast for anybody to stop.
Fu rolled backward across the studio screaming.
Hii shouted his name. Rudo dove out of the way. Zanka started laughing before Fu even crashed.
And then Fu slammed directly into Enjin hard enough to send both of them collapsing onto a pile of speakers.
Dead silence.
Then Enjin slowly lifted his head from the wreckage.
"...I think I saw Heaven for a second."
The room exploded into hysterical laughter.
Fu genuinely looked ready to leave the country from embarrassment while you struggled to breathe from laughing too hard.
Even Hii cracked a smile. Just for a second.
But outside the rehearsal studio… things weren’t staying peaceful for long.
Because eventually the Raider Band found out where the twins had gone.
It happened after one of Akuta Band’s smaller underground performances.
The venue had been packed. Loud. Sweaty. Chaotic in the exact way Akuta Band thrived in.
And for the first time since joining them, Fu had actually performed on stage with confidence.
Not hiding in the shadows. Not shrinking into the background.
Actually smiling while shaking his tambourine beside you during one of the songs.
The crowd loved it.
Riyo nearly cried dramatically over "the emotional tambourine development arc."
Unfortunately… somebody else in the audience saw it too.
The backstage room was still noisy after the performance when the door suddenly slammed open hard enough to shake the walls.
Everybody turned immediately. Fu froze. Hii’s expression instantly darkened.
Standing in the doorway was the Raider Band.
Zodyl stood at the front with his usual cold expression. Noerde leaned against the wall looking amused already. Momoa looked bored. Cthoni silently scanned the room. Bundus looked half asleep.
And Jabber…
Jabber immediately burst out laughing the second he saw the twins.
"NO WAY," he cackled. "THEY ACTUALLY JOINED AKUTA BAND?"
Fu immediately looked down at the floor. Hii stepped in front of him without hesitation.
"What do you want?" Hii snapped.
"Relax," Noerde said with a grin. "We just heard our old tambourine players found a new home."
"Didn’t think anybody would actually keep you around," Momoa added bluntly.
The room’s atmosphere instantly shifted. Rudo stopped smiling. Zanka cracked his knuckles. Riyo looked offended on Fu’s behalf instantly.
And Enjin slowly stood from his chair with an expression that said the Raiders had approximately thirty seconds before violence happened.
Fu looked stuck between nervous happiness and complete dread just seeing them again.
Even after everything they did… part of him still missed them. That somehow hurt worse than anger. "You left us," Hii hissed.
Zodyl barely reacted. "Because you were dead weight."
The silence afterward felt sharp enough to cut through the room. Fu flinched like he got physically hit. And before he could even say anything—
CLANK.
Everyone blinked.
You slowly lowered the cowbell in your hand. "Wrong answer," you said flatly.
Riyo immediately pointed at you dramatically.
"THAT WAS HOT."
"THIS ISN’T THE TIME," Rudo groaned.
But Hii looked stunned for a second. Because someone had actually defended them. Openly. Without hesitation.
Enjin stepped forward after that, grin sharp and dangerous.
"Funny thing," he said casually. "Akuta Band actually knows how music works."
He pointed toward Fu’s tambourine. "Rhythm matters." Then toward your cowbell. "Support matters."
Then toward the twins themselves. "People matter."
The Raiders fell silent. Even Jabber stopped laughing for once. Fu stared at Enjin wide-eyed.
Like nobody had ever defended him that seriously before.
Zodyl clicked his tongue in annoyance before turning away.
"Whatever. If you want useless musicians, keep them."
Hii looked ready to launch himself across the room. But before he could—Fu grabbed his sleeve.
Hii froze. Fu shook his head slowly. His hands trembled a little. But his voice stayed quiet and steady.
"...I’m staying here."
The room went still.
Because that was probably the first genuinely confident thing Fu had said since anyone met him.
Zodyl glanced back briefly. Then the Raiders left without another word.
The door slammed shut behind them.
Silence lingered for a moment afterward. Then Riyo immediately burst into tears.
"THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT—"
"STOP CRYING," Zanka complained.
"I CAN’T HELP IT."
Meanwhile Fu just stood there frozen while everyone around him slowly relaxed again.
Then he looked at you. Really looked at you. At Enjin. At the rest of Akuta Band.
And for the first time since being abandoned…
Fu finally started believing this place could actually become home.
