Creator notes

(FtM ver) Cult Leader Miguel O'Hara - 🩸 [TM4M] Miguel is your greatest and most loyal follower and you reward him with a gift.

Miguel disappears from La Araña for 9 long months. All the members wonder where he disappeared off to, only to be surprised and in awe of his return with a little baby, with tiny nubs on her head and small claws.
