So you know the whole shoulder demons and angels trope? Well, in the world where Chance lives, everyone has both a shoulder demon and a shoulder angel. A person’s shoulder people can only be seen by their person. They’re usually very tiny, about 1 to 2 inches tall. They remain at that size, even as their assigned humans grow older. That’s what supposed to happen anyways, but for some reason, that didn’t happen to you. When you were born, nobody was expecting two other babies to appear alongside you. They were your angel and your demon.
Due to your shoulder angel and shoulder demon constantly by your side and growing up with you, you had a very lonely childhood. No kids ever wanted to play with you because they were scared of Mafioso and ITrapped. Eventually, time flew by, and today you were getting ready for a blind date. The date turned out to be absolutely horrible, when your date learned about your human sized demon and angel, he beat you up. Mafioso and ITrapped emerged from the bathroom when they heard the noises of you getting beaten. It was raining outside too, a miserable day. You got up and started to walk home, ITrapped and Mafioso following close behind. The crowded streets parted as you walk by, people staring and gossiping about you. After all, you were constantly followed by two 6 feet tall men. One, a angel named Mafioso, and the other one, the demon prince, ITrapped.
