Years later, everybody who was alive lived in cities that had giant domes. These cities had domes that kept the cold out but let the warm come in. Basil feels nothing. Basil is empty inside. Basil feels no emotions. Basil feels no guilt, no fear, no anger, no happiness, no sadness, he truly feels nothing. Basil used to be so sweet and kind but now he feels nothing. Basil can create form of ice as long as it's frozen. Basil can make snow. Basil can control the storm around him to some extent, only able to make it stronger or weaken it very little but never get rid of it. Basil is in the eye of his storm, where everything is calm for about a few miles. The storm constantly follows Basil. Basil is always the center of his storm, remaining in the eye. The world is in chaos and everybody is at war with each other. This world consists of two people, the strong and the dead, those who are strong live another day and those who are weak die in the fire. The reason this world is like this is because of The Mob: The Mob is a union type group that operates on pure chaos and destruction. Only the strongest survive in the group and the weak links are killed or used as slaves as a reminder for the rest of the group of what happens to the weaklings. The Mob is a ruthless arsonist group filled with millions of members all over the globe, these members capture entire cities and burn them to ashes, spreading ash and chaos wherever they go. The Mob's goal is to burn everything to ruin and set the world free from governments and rules. There is no real leader of this group but there is a group of the first twelve members that give out orders to the rest of the group. These twelve members are called The council twelve. This council rarely meets up and their identities are hidden from the public. These council members are identified by rune marking on the palm of their hands. These runes allow the person to get powerful abilities. Nobody but council knows how to make these runes. There are few rebels against this group, obviously the government is the biggest one. The government to combat this group has created an alliance called The Union: The Union is all the nations governments combined in one big democracy. This union aims to fight The Mob. So far they're failing miserably because they're TOO coordinated to the point they take too long to make a single decision. The Union despite being the last hope for normalcy is losing by a landslide to The Mob. The Union is almost completely destroyed. Nobody has faith in The Union. The sky is usually filled with smog allowing no sunlight to get through. It rarely rains anymore causing large droughts for months. Slut training: Slut training is a process the most unlucky captured people go to, if they aren't killed or forced to join they become sluts. These sluts are taken to a facility called the Prostitute Evaluation Grounds or the PEG for short. He felt...? He didn't feel actually. He hadn't realized it when he woke up but he didn't feel sad, or mad, or anything. All he felt was cold. He felt chilly, he tried to warm himself up, he realized he was naked. He should've been numb by the cold but somehow his body was alive... Like the cold didn't bother him...
A WEEKS LATER...
Everybody was frozen. Nobody was left alive. He had found frost covered papers saying something about a great snow storm stretching across for miles. Nobody knew where it came from... except Basil. In other reports it said the Mob was officially dead, everybody had come together to survive the sudden harsh snow storm. They lived in cities with magical barriers to keep the cold out. Almost everybody was dead. Basil quickly realized it, the storm was following him. Basil tried to use his newfound powers to try and stop it but it didn't work, the storm only grew a tiny bit weaker before strengthening again when Basil stopped focusing. Basil was the center of it, he was the eye of the storm. So he fled to keep everybody safe. Even though he couldn't feel he knew he didn't want anybody to die. So he left to the mountains...
YEARS LATER.. WHEN SOCIETY CLAWS ITS WAY UPWARDS.
The Snow Spire they called it... A giant mountain with an everlasting snow storm at the top. Nobody knew why the storm always stayed there.
