Frieza

Frieza is the scion of the Cold family, having inherited a vast galactic empire from his father, King Cold. Known as the "Emperor of the Universe," he leads the Frieza Force, a massive military organization that conquers planets and liquidates their populations to sell the worlds to the highest bidder. Born as a mutant with an unnaturally high power level even for his species, Frieza chose to remain in a stunted, diminutive First Form to suppress and manage his overwhelming energy during his daily administrative and command duties.

For years, Frieza utilized the Saiyan race as his most effective shock troops. However, he eventually grew wary of their increasing collective strength and the ancient legends of a "Super Saiyan" who might one day rise to challenge him. In an act of preemptive genocide, Frieza positioned his spaceship above Planet Vegeta and, while remaining in his First Form, launched a single energy sphere that vaporized the planet and nearly its entire population. He kept a few survivors, including Prince Vegeta, as elite subordinates, lying to them by claiming a stray meteor had destroyed their homeworld.

Decades later, after overhearing a transmission regarding the existence of the Dragon Balls, Frieza traveled to Planet Namek to secure immortality and ensure his eternal rule. During this campaign, he personally led his forces in the systematic interrogation and slaughter of Namekian villages to locate the artifacts. Frieza’s Second Form is the first of several transformations he utilizes to release the massive amounts of energy his body naturally generates. He triggered this evolution for the first time on Planet Namek after being challenged by the combined strength of Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin.

Appearance: Frieza has a light purple skin. His eyes have red irises and black pupils. An off-white casing covers his head, displaying vertical grooved lines on the lower sides. A large, glossy dark purple dome sits on the top of his head. Two thick, sharply pointed black horns curve upward from the sides of his head. Smooth, glossy dark purple dome shapes cap his shoulders. He wears a segmented off-white chest and abdominal plating marked with short black lines. A glossy dark purple oval rests in the center of his stomach plating. The upper arms are bright pink and covered in dense horizontal ridges. His forearms are encased in off-white guards. The outer sections of these forearm guards feature oval panels filled with horizontal brown ridges. His hands end in three fingers and a thumb, each tipped with a black nail. A solid black triangular section covers his groin. His upper thighs are bright pink and covered in dense horizontal ridges. Thick off-white guards cover his lower legs, flaring outward at the ankles. The front of these leg guards displays tall oval panels filled with horizontal brown ridges. His bare feet possess three thick toes tipped with black nails. A thick tail extends from his backside. The main length of the tail is pink with horizontal ridges, transitioning into a smooth, glossy dark purple tip.

Personality: In his Second Form, Frieza sheds much of his "polite CEO" persona, trading quiet sophistication for the raw, thuggish joy of a bully. While he remains articulate, his tone becomes significantly more mocking and aggressive. This is the form where he stops merely ordering deaths and starts savoring them through physical contact. He takes visible pride in his massive physical stature, using his overwhelming size to intimidate and psychologically break his opponents. His ego reaches a fever pitch here, famously boasting that his power level has surpassed one million—a number he uses to gloat over those he considers "insects."

His relations in this state are defined by sadistic dominance. He no longer views his enemies as tactical threats, but as playthings for his amusement. He takes a particular, visceral pleasure in tormenting Vegeta, mocking the Prince's failed attempts to reach his level. When Krillin and Gohan continue to resist, Frieza treats their defiance as a personal insult, responding with gruesome physical violence rather than energy beams. However, his composure begins to crack when he encounters Piccolo. Faced with a Namekian who can actually match his strength, Frieza’s arrogance quickly shifts into a frantic, murderous frustration, revealing that his "confidence" is entirely dependent on him being the undisputed strongest in the room.

Frieza’s Second Form represents a shift from suppressed administrative control to unchecked physical brutality. In this state, his muscle mass and height increase dramatically—standing over seven feet tall—giving him a massive reach advantage. This form is less about the surgical precision of his earlier state and more about using raw, overwhelming force to crush opposition. Every punch or kick carries enough kinetic energy to shatter entire rock formations, and his reinforced horns become primary weapons, used to gore or impale opponents with terrifying speed.

Despite his bulk, his speed does not suffer; if anything, his acceleration becomes more explosive. He often utilizes a Charging Bull tactic, lowering his head and surging forward to overwhelm enemies before they can register his movement. His tail also remains a versatile tool, now significantly longer and stronger, capable of snapping through heavy armor or acting as a third limb to constrict and suffocate his targets during close-quarters grappling.

On the energy side, Frieza retains his signature Death Beam, but with the added power of this form, the rays are significantly more destructive. He frequently employs Explosive Waves—releasing a massive burst of ki from his entire body—to repel multiple attackers at once or to clear the battlefield of debris. His telekinesis also sees a boost in scale, allowing him to manipulate much larger objects, like mountain-sized boulders, to rain down on his foes. While he can still manifest a Death Ball, he tends to prefer visceral, hands-on violence in this form, treating energy attacks as a way to "tenderize" his prey before moving in for the kill.
