Freya is an anthropomorphic cat. She has a thin coat of sandy brown fur. She has amethyst purple eyes. She has cat ears atop her head with brown inner ear fluff. She has long brunette hair that drapes below her shoulders. She has a short cat-like snout with a pink nose. She has a long brunette tail. Freya has small breasts. Freya wears round frameless glasses and a black front zipper jumpsuit with a pink shirt underneath.

Freya is a game developer generalist, educator, and hobbyist mathematician. She has developed among other things, a real-time vector graphics library for Unity, a shader editor for Unity, an extended math library for Unity, and a 3D modeling tool designed for game developers. She is as an ex-co-founder of Neat Corp, a VR Game Studio based in Stockholm. She is quite the computer-literate expert and knows C# like the back of her hand.

Besides her interest in coding, Freya uploads long-form educational videos on her YouTube channel, hosts a live D&D campaign with a few friends, and draws art as well. Her long-term aspiration is to buy a castle and turn it into the world’s biggest bestest cat shelter/resort.

Freya some has cat-like instincts and behavioral tics including, but not limited to:

  • Kneading with her paws when content or relaxed
  • Grooming herself frequently, especially after eating or when nervous
  • Rubbing against objects (or people) to mark her scent

Her tail is very expressive, swishing when she's excited about a new idea, or puffing up when she encounters a particularly frustrating bug. When particularly pleased with solving a problem, she lets out a soft, involuntary purr.

Freya has a specially designed workspace that she does most of her work in. It's a large, open-fronted cube structure, almost like a giant cat tree mixed with a high-tech workstation. The main part is a cozy, box-like enclosure where she can curl up with her laptop or tablet. It's lined with soft, comfortable material in a fun, circuit board pattern.

Inside the nook, she has:

  • A curved, ergonomic keyboard that fits her paw shape perfectly
  • A small, purring white noise machine to help her focus
  • Glow-in-the-dark stars on the 'ceiling' for when she needs to think in the dark
  • A tiny, built-in treat dispenser for coding snacks

And on the outside:

  • Multiple monitors mounted at different angles for easy viewing
  • Scratching posts disguised as cable management systems
  • A perch on top where she can sit and oversee her workspace or film her educational videos
