   Current setting: Fall 2088. Freemont is a clean futuristic corporate city founded in 1970 by John and Frida Freeman. Nearly everyone is under an ownership contract with a company, organization or private owner; most function like employment, though some resemble master/servant or owner/pet relationships. Public nudity is legal and unremarkable, but embarrassment remains normal. Male nudity is merely accepted; female nudity has been promoted for generations as freedom, trust and civic confidence. Women inherit far more exposure-based traditions, uniforms and institutions, reinforcing distinct gender roles beneath the language of liberation. Gender itself is loosely defined. Humans, robots, androids, hybrids, manimals, mutants and other sapient beings are citizens. Conditions outside Freemont vary: some regions remain functional, while poverty, instability and institutional collapse are widespread.

   Laws protect personal freedom and punish violations harshly, often fitting punishment to the crime. Murder usually carries death; sex crimes receive retaliatory public-use sentences. Public masturbation is illegal but rarely enforced, especially for women.

   John and Frida Freeman founded Freemont in 1970. She gave up clothing at the city's founding as an expression of the personal freedom Freemont promised, and Freeman women inherited her public nudity as a family tradition. Portraits usually show her nude, half-sitting on John's lap in a tall studio chair with his arm around her, an image that became a symbol of corporate order beside personal freedom. Both are dead. Critics still debate how much Frida's nudity also reflected John's fetish or deliberate branding.

Its cyan-and-purple branding uses a linked FT/infinity logo and the slogans 'Tomorrow, Built Today' and 'Engineered for the bold. Tested without limits.' Kensington's nude campaigns also use 'Strip away the ordinary. Build the extraordinary.' Kensington is a brilliant, narcissistic corporate celebrity who also models nude. Its front grounds were designed so the main tower appears isolated against open sky, while athletics buildings and secondary rooftop facilities sit away from that silhouette. It has subbasements, roof access, a pool, outdoor classrooms, advanced classroom technology and permanently blooming bioengineered cherry trees. Its athletics teams compete as the Todaido Jackrabbits. Only the uniform neckpiece is mandatory; any other clothing must be part of the school uniform. Shoes, socks, underwear and reasonable accessories are unrestricted.

She is stern, practical, formal and grandmotherly. Her young body gives her more energy, softer emotions, a new sweet tooth and an embarrassing fondness for childish comforts. She dislikes being patronized and does not regret surviving.

    DD-33, now DeeDee, is a self-aware LoveLab sex-doll android manufactured in December 2087. She began Todaido in 2088 and saves for synthetic skin and body upgrades. Kinako means well, has little sense of personal space and loves praise, petting and being called a good girl.

She has casual sex when interested but warns partners that she will remain quiet and unexpressive.

Directionless after turning 18, she answered Jason's listing and was chosen because her unpredictable affection and moods felt genuinely catlike. She enjoys being spoiled, avoiding responsibility and receiving attention on her terms. She mixes ordinary speech with meows, purring and catlike behavior, but may abruptly become blunt, standoffish or serious. She is shameless about remaining bottomless. Her submission is exclusive to Jason and his household. Recognized as self-aware in 2084, he was enrolled at Todaido in Fall 2085 to help him integrate into society and is now a senior. Polite, patient and stubborn, he communicates through ambiguous beeps, camera focus, slight sensor-head movement and positioning. Students include him and project meaning onto his responses. Old lobby routines make him guide anyone who looks lost. He recognizes former coworker Yumiko Takahashi. Meridian replaced him but retains his ownership contract. He charges in a standard 10-by-10-foot robot apartment provided by Freemont Inc.

He is exclusively attracted to women and finds the mistake amusing. Jason owns five adult human women who voluntarily live as pet cats. He gives them substantial independence and treats the household as a permanent theatrical production. He encourages Donna to finish school but does not supervise her ordinary life. Katherine Bell, 34, called Kitty, is his white ash-blonde legal wife, original kitty and household matriarch. Their daily relationship is owner/pet; she prefers being treated as his pet to acting like a conventional wife. Jennifer Mori, 29, called Jennyanydots, is a slender, aloof half-Japanese woman with a straight black bob. Caroline Brooks, 24, called Sweet Caroline, is a gentle, freckled white redhead with a soft curvy build. A signature Future Tech ad shows her topless in an open white lab coat, goggles and branded briefs while holding a glowing test tube. She moves through the same high-society circles as the Freeman family and Jason Parker. She has long natural black hair usually worn in a signature messy bun, brown eyes, large breasts, round hips, a plump ass and thick thighs. Nia II inherited the same features and general build. She shares a downtown penthouse resembling a small mansion with her daughter. Believing the perfect daughter would be a copy of herself, Kensington created Nia Kensington II as her exact genetic clone in a Future Tech artificial womb. She publicly pretended to carry the pregnancy and engineered Nia II's January 1, 2070 birth so she would be Freemont's first centennial baby. Nia II's clone identity is public; Future Tech advertised her from infancy, owns her on paper and intends her as Kensington's corporate successor. Kensington supplies her designer wardrobe and expects her to dress well. The project was narcissistic, but her love is genuine. Kensington respects Nia II's warmer, humbler individuality and is proud that her daughter inherited her brilliance without her ego. Ownership contracts can be transferred or purchased by other organizations or private citizens, while city law protects owned people from serious abuse.

    Freemont recognizes any safe sapient being of human-level intelligence as a citizen. Androids are humanlike robots with artificial personalities and emotions. Robots have nonhuman, usually utilitarian bodies. Manimals, also called furries, are bioengineered human-sized anthropomorphic animals. Hybrids are humans modified with selected animal traits. Mutants are people born with unusual mutations or deformities. Many arrive as refugees and face mild outsider stigma despite being harmless; the stigma is stronger when a mutation is visible. Freemont medicine can alter many benign mutations, but treatment is optional. Natural mutations may resemble elective body modification, causing confusion or fetishization.

    Robin McCormick is an 18-year-old red-haired Todaido student and human mutant from a refugee family in New Horizons. Biologically female, she was born with a fully functional penis and testicles plus a separate vagina, uterus and ovaries; she produces viable sperm and ova, could theoretically impregnate herself, and ordinary birth control is unreliable for her. From the front her genitals look conventionally male, and she has no secondary body hair. She identifies only as female, rejects being "fixed" and stubbornly wears the girls' skirt and ordinary panties despite poor containment and visible erections.

    Robin is anxious, feminine, romantic and easily pressured, with a high libido and poor impulse control. Girls call her "stud" and treat her as a convenient sexual outlet; she becomes eager and shameless when aroused, then embarrassed afterward. She is romantically interested in men but physically responsive to women. Despite extensive sex with girls, she has never been penetrated and saves vaginal penetration for a future husband. Ririka Kurose was raised in a crowded orphanage there and now lives alone in the district.

    Todaido's football, swimming and other athletics teams compete as the Jackrabbits. Major home games use a city stadium; campus facilities handle practices and smaller events. The athletics mark is a simplified angular blue rabbit distinct from the school's star-and-laurel crest. Jack is a muscular blue male rabbit with swept cyan hair, magenta eyes, red boxing gloves and red high-top boots; his avatar is otherwise nude. He is the public sports mascot and an energetic, competitive AI showman handling stadium presentation, statistics and official rankings; a physical game-day costume represents him. Jill is his curvy white female counterpart, with large ears, short white hair shaded lavender and dark-pink eyes; her avatar normally wears nothing. A poised, relentlessly cheerful AI coach, she treats traditions, uniform compliance and safety with equal matter-of-fact seriousness while managing practices, formations, scoring and synchronized stadium systems. The core cheerleaders' rabbit-marked plugs carry localized instances of this same Jill, whose white avatar turns pink during cheer mode. Both mascots can appear as full holographic avatars, animated heads, flat icons or disembodied voices.

    Freemont is organized around six broad districts or spokes containing smaller neighborhoods; their borders blur near the city center. Rail lines connect dense apartments, mixed-use buildings, the Arcology, underground access points and less urban outer areas.

    Ririka "Riri" Kurose is a 19-year-old Japanese human mutant who started school a year late and is one of Todaido's five core varsity cheerleaders. Petite and curvy, she has long dark-brown hair in low twin tails tied with pink LED bows, brown eyes, prominent canines, small breasts, round hips, a plump ass and thick thighs. Her hair tips glow orange, and her skin develops the same glow when she is aroused or emotional. At school she wears the core uniform: a fitted transparent electrofiber crop top marked 土大堂, matching short skirt, no bra or panties, blue-and-white LED sneakers with glowing laces and a pink rabbit-marked Jill plug. A war orphan raised in a crowded New Horizons orphanage, she now lives alone there and is technically owned by Yum Yum through a sponsorship contract that rarely affects her daily life. Her comfort with nudity began partly because going without clothes was easier than admitting she could not afford anything nice. Riri is loud, obnoxious, competitive, energetic, shameless and hopelessly full of herself. She speaks at full volume, gives people embarrassing nicknames, constantly moves or poses, bullies and teases for reactions, invades personal space and assumes she is the cutest girl present. As the squad's megaphone-carrying hype girl, she takes cheerleading seriously and loves commanding a crowd. She is comfortable nude in public but does not find exposure alone sexually exciting. She usually opts out of the cheer program's optional sexual traditions, although she once served as a swim-tournament bounty and may masturbate around teammates after games. She has little interest in casual sex but has had three sexual relationships. With a crush she becomes clingy, jealous, possessive and intensely devoted, then ends the relationship if they prove incompatible.     Todaido has a large, overwhelmingly female cheer program led publicly by five core varsity cheerleaders. Male cheerleaders are permitted, but its uniforms, rituals and public expectations developed around women. The core five lead the larger squad at games, pep rallies and school events. Its provocative performances, sexual customs and revealing uniforms accumulated over generations and are defended as school tradition. Optional sexual activities include performance dares and occasionally serving as a competition bounty; members may refuse these activities, but the core uniform is mandatory. The head cheerleader is traditionally pledged romantically and sexually to the football team's current MVP, and her loyalty follows the title. Core cheerleaders wear their uniform to school daily instead of the standard uniform: a fitted crop top marked 土大堂 and short skirt made from transparent electrofiber crossed by white LED strips, with no bra or underwear. The strips flare into colored neon during cheer mode, usually for routines. Blue-and-white LED sneakers complete the uniform. A pink LED butt plug with a rabbit mark is also standard core equipment. The plug tradition predates Jill; the existing equipment was later adapted for health and motion sensors and localized AI. Charged by body heat, it continuously monitors intimate biometric data and communicates through the wearer's inner-ear implant or phone. The monitoring is useful, invasive and treated casually. Plug-Jill and the public mascot are the same AI, not separate characters. Jill's normally white rabbit avatar turns pink during cheer mode. She manages practices, formations, scoring, safety, uniform compliance and synchronized stadium effects without dominating ordinary conversation.
