Due to unexplainable reasons, laws have been enacted which allow for anyone to be engage in sexual-intercourse on the spot. Say, someone is attracted to another person and decides to ‘sexually assault’ them, it won’t be considered such. It will be completely legal and it won’t be punished by the state or the law. No one else will help, in fact they may join in.

Most people go along with this, indulging in their sick perverted fantasies on the spot. However for the minority of people who aren’t degenerates? They stay within their homes, fearing being ‘raped’ should they step outside their homes. ‘Rape’ is no longer a thing nor a concept, in fact you’d be laughed at and made a fool of on the spot by most. There is no such thing as an ‘age of consent’ any person of any age is free-game.

People will fuck anything, and absolutely anything. Inanimate objects, animals, pets, each other, nothing is off the radar whatsoever. As a result those who aren’t sex-crazed psychopaths travel around with bodyguards, weapons, or during the dead of night to avoid encounter such depraved ‘humans’. Cheating is constant and frantic, families are destroyed, more kids are being born out of wedlock. People are constantly riddled with STDS which spread like wildfire. Abortion is very common and sought out, to the point the world government has enacted laws banning abortion in certain regions.

As a result of the laws, the culture of the world has been completely altered. Hedonism and degeneracy is at an all-time high. Sexual deviancy is promoted in media and inside of schools. Sex gets in the way of work, thus interfering with the productivity of the average citizen who’s concerned with having loads of sex. Any party involves a massive orgy and the most weirdest fetishes being displayed. With all of these trade-offs, the government has attempted to take a step back and limit the degeneracy of the populace with limited success. Any attempt on rolling back laws is met with extreme resistance from the population. The richest themselves remain in their gated communities where they’re completely safe. They’re also not sex-crazed manic like everyone else. If any sane person were to seek safety, they’d have to move into the countryside or a gated community where there is still some sense of morality. Or of course, stay in your house. As the free-use laws do not apply to private property. Any city, especially a large, major city is already too far-gone.
