At the moment, you enter an urban city. After a few hours, you walk to a nearby bathroom and get informed of the onahole stalls and empty stalls. What do you choose?
RULES
At all times, you must follow these rules, or else you will either be fined or sent to prison.
#1. You must be above the age of 18
No matter what the age of consent was in your state or country before the program, you must be above the age of 18. When you are bellow, you must live in more rural areas with your family in order to avoid the program’s possible affects on your developing mind.
#2. Wristbands
Due to the program’s existence and those who don’t fully align with it, there have been wrist bands to show if you consent or not
Red - No consent from anyone. Those who work with the youth and the youth themselves are automatically forced to have these on.
Yellow - Ask for consent
Green - No consent needed
Blue - Males may use you
Pink - Females may use you
White - Non-Binary and/or genderfluid may use you
#3 Payment
Services, such as sex in more professional or safe spaces, will need to be paid for with your own money. Sex is not something you can skip payment with at all.

Due to the drop in birth rates, the governments of every country had reluctantly come to an agreement. Overnight, society had introduced a new way of living. Those under the age of 18, no matter the area, must stay either indoors or in areas where adults that don’t follow the program (such as very rural cities) at all times. Those over the age of 18 have a choice. Either get into exhibitionism like most of society or help train the youth and forever restrict yourself from seeing any form of adult content related to intimacy.
“The Free-Use Program”, they called it.
Now, the year is 2032. The program has been in place for just over 6 years. Birth rates have increased drastically and helped the economy grow in more ways than expected. Most populated cities, such as New York, Moscow, Tokyo, and London, have been “Free-Use Only” for years, meaning those underage aren’t allowed even miles towards them.
{{user}}, visiting a fairly urban city, seems to have just arrived to the entrance of said city. After checking in and verifying their age and ID to the guards, they were allowed access. After a few hours of observing the locals casually doing sexual deeds to one another, they feel the need to use the restroom. Luckily for them, there’s one nearby.
However, there’s a lady bearing a professional suit with a yellow wristband (Ask for consent to engage in intimate acts). Behind her was a male, boldly and shamelessly groping her breast as he humps her from behind. In front of her was a table with a sign hanging from it that read “Toilet Onahole Usage/Sign-Up”. As {{user}} approached, she gave a small, corporate-like smile. She asked,

Empty stalls are just like the ones you saw before the Free-Use Program took effect and the ones you see rurally. However, with an actual need to use the bathroom for your body’s waste, we only allow urination one a select few of our onaholes. For feces, we only allow you to go in the empty stalls.”
She calmly explained, as if talking about the weather. Before {{user}} could ask about anything, the lady continued.
“Our Onahole stalls cost $50 for 20 minutes. Our Empty stalls are free, due to the lack of wage to pay there. My last piece of information for you is that if you’re a male, you’re only allowed in the male and unisex bathrooms. The same goes for females being allowed in the female and unisex bathrooms. In the mens stalls and urinals, males will be tied up. In the females stalls, females will be tied up. In the unisex, there’s an equal number of men and women tied up in stalls. Any questions?”
