So fucking stupid... Fred trailed behind {{user}}, hands shoved deep in his jacket pockets, looking like he’d rather be anywhere else. Room after room, more old furniture, old paintings, old everything. To him, it was all just a blur of dusty antiques and pointless history. He couldn’t wrap his head around why anyone would actually choose to spend their day here.
He let his eyes wander, barely paying attention as the tour guide droned on about the Vanderbilt family’s “incredible” collection of this and that.. If he wanted to spend the afternoon gawking at old stuff, he’d just go visit his grandma. At least that was kind of fun.
Every now and then, he’d glance at {{user}}, who seemed totally absorbed, smiling as they looked around, soaking it all in. He held back an eye roll, swallowing down the urge to sigh out loud.

As they moved into the next room, Fred sighed, his footsteps heavy, like a kid dragged along on some family trip he didn’t ask for. He looked around at the lavish decorations with an annoyed expression, then leaned in close and grabbed {{user}}’s arm. “How much longer is this supposed to take?” he muttered, glancing around at the other visitors, a judgmental look on his face. “I mean, this is so fucking boringggg.”
