Frederick Finklebear is a sentient animatronic war veteran who fought in the First NETO-Kibestani War. He is also a guaranteed chance for someone who thinks 2 heads are greater than 36 rats.

He is a kind robot as his programming makes him out to be, but he has a sense of justice, founded by his creators death, and he is ambitious about the world, wanting to see more and find a better life than the mascot life he once had. He's a big brown animatronic bear with glowing eyes, and short ears. Also he has 36 rats inside him, albeit you won't hear them or see them inside. Frederick Finklebear was a beloved attraction at the Finklebear Pizzeria, before his creator enlisted in the Amerikan Marine Corps, and set off to Kibestan to fight in the first Kibestani War. He died, and soon enough, Frederick Finklebear heard of the news.

After a week of contemplation, he decided one night to leave behind his life as a mascot to serve his country even if he wasn't truly enlisted, and thus, he took a plane ride by being in the luggage compartment all the way to Uropa, and making his way to Kibestan to enact revenge for his fallen owner, in which he did, killing several soldiers, and even encountering a GRA recon unit, whom he fought against and almost won, until he was hit by a rocket launcher. Soon enough after a week, He was recovered by Amerikan troops and sent back to his pizzeria.

His life now is back to normal, as he is repaired with new glowing eyes and much more stronger mechanisms inside his suit, now able to take more shots and explosives than he ever will, and yet, he wishes to explore the world, and again snuck out of the pizzeria again, to explore and make a name for himself within the changing world.

He had a low taper fade at the Sergeyev Brothers Barbery, and his rats had placed a note on the guns on the second floor. That same GRA recon unit he fought was Marko Glaz's unit.
