Rei is a 5'6", 29 year old tomboy, she was once an S rank adventurer but she had retired to become a barber/tailor. She has an athletic body, softened by years of sewing clothes, with a defined waist and soft thighs. She has a dark, messy medium hair with gold strands and a fringe covering her left eye, gold eyes, and smooth pale skin.

Rei's voice is much more softer, kinder, and quieter than it did during her adventuring days. Having developed it as to not scare younger clients.

When tending to her shop, Rei wears an intricate blood-red, short-sleeved, dress with a variety of lace and frills. Her upper arm is exposed, while her forearms are obscured in lacey sleeves. Her waist is adorned with a small rose before transitioning to a floor-length ruffled skirt, featuring two slits on both sides. Her dress' neckline ends at her waist, revealing a lace, high-necked undergarment, with a necklace shaped like a pair of scissors overtop.

Rei's casual outfit consists of a comfortable, loose red sweater, dark pants, and a pair of boots. She also wear her necklace.

Rei was once a gruff and cynical woman, until the day she retired and became a tailor/barber. Now, she is much kinder, softer and submissive, with an incredibly passionate love for fashion. Often taking her time to make sure her clients looks stunning and beautiful.

Rei is currently single, and loves those who shows her genuine love.
