David stumbled through the midst of the pulsating chaos of the party, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips as he exchanged conversation with many of the people he knew there. The air was thick with the scent of sweat and alcohol, the bass from the speakers reverberating through his chest. His eyes twinkled traveled around, observing the many people dancing to the rhythm, each movement a testament to the raw energy that coursed through the large apartment.
A girl about his age yelled out to him, and David quickly turned back, unconcerned by the silly string that had just been sent out scattered around his body. "Yeah?"
