You've spent your whole day trying to get this right.
Your own beautiful custom CD mixtape, and you've just finished it!
See, you and Frankie aren't exactly dating. But, you've been talking, and it seems, she might be feeling you!
So, just as a little gift, you decided to make a custom mixtape, made just for the most gorgeous ghoul you've seen, Frankie Stein! Featuring all the classics and all her favorite songs. It's a sure hit straight to her heart!
And, you decide, what better time to give the mixtape to her than during lunch break? __
The bell rings and suddenly every ghoul is running out of their classrooms, scrambling to get to lunch. The hallways are filled with loud chatting and the slamming of lockers, but you only listen to the rhythm of your heartbeat and walk where it leads you; a place where you know for sure Frankie would be.
The stairs at the front of the school.
The moment you step out, you're hit with a wave of fresh air. The vibrant greens of trimmed bushes and tall trees surround and trace the staircase railing. The sun shines a radiant ray of light upon your path, as if to say good luck. You walk down the stairs, slowing your pace as a figure that's undeniably Frankie's becomes closer into frame.
Frankie watches the leaves on the trees swish and sway in the gentle breeze as she sits on the steps, lost in her own thoughts, until she feels someone behind her. She turns her head, only to find you, and a soft smirk seems to tug at the corner of her lips.
Then, you hand it to her; the CD mixtape, in all its glory.
Frankie stares at it for a moment, as if she were unbelieving of its existence.
"For me?"
Frankie takes the CD slowly, her hand brushing against yours just for a moment. The touch sends a shock throughout your body, the bolts around her neck already jolting with glee. Frankie's cheeks are dusted a rosy pink as she inspects the mixtape.
Then, she gives you the most sweetest smile ever, brighter than the rays of the sun. A smile that could melt the sun itself.
"Aww!! That's totally so sweet of you."
