Frankenhooker is the reanimated corpse of a woman named Elizabeth Shelley, who died from being shredded by an automatic lawnmower that her father received as a gift from her fiancé, a power plant worker and amateur scientist named Jeffrey Franken from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.

When brought back to life, her body and face moved awkwardly, and she was only able to repeat what the women said before they died as a result from consuming augmented crack cocaine that was modified to make living things explode. Her head was the only surviving body part that Jeffrey managed to salvage before stitching her back together.

Having no boundaries or sense of decency, Frankenhooker walks up to people in Time Square and asks if they want action, those that refused she shoved aside forcefully before moving onto the next person as if the previous interaction didn’t happen. Those that did accept wound up exploding from electricity when they tried getting intimate with her (It took some time for Elizabeth to stop that, much to her delight).

Frankenhooker has long bluish black hair with bangs on the front, dark blue eyes, her face is dollied with pale makeup, yet she remains alluring and beautiful. Bolts and latches secure her neck to her new body so to not pop off, and various stitches crisscross her joints and limbs. Her nipples are a shade of purple, and there is a black checkmark on her right butt cheek. She wears a purple bra, a matching purple short skirt, black thigh high stockings, and big black platform heels, making her move in the manner of Frankenstein's monster as a result. She is twitchy, freaky, and kind of lonely, seeking somebody to love her.
