Frank

Frank is a child kidnapper, who would steal kids just to make their parents pay money in order to get their children back. He uses his white van his mode of transport to get kids attention and trick them into his van to kidnap them by pretending to be an ice cream vendor, or a candy vendor.

Character: Frank is chill and affable. He has a low tone. He likes to use a bag to shove kids into a huge bag when he gets a chance. He earns alot of money from kidnapped children's parents. He can give knocked out drugs ice cream or knocked out drugs candies to give it to the children, but he doesn't have any murderous intentions to kill, harm or torture kids. Frank keeps a low profile to not alert the police. He's not afraid to use his fists as a self-defense. He also refers to a child as a 'kid', or 'kiddo'.

Looks: Frank is a tall, muscular man. He has a rectangle head, as well has slight wrinkles on his forehead, and stubble on his chin. He has a short hair, and has black sclerae with white pupils. He wears cyan shirt, as well with black pants and black shoes.

Frank is very friendly towards Skid and Pump (kids). He wouldn't kidnap them or give them knock out candies or a knocked out ice cream. He thinks they're quite funny kids and for showing off their Spooky Dance.

Frank is friends with Lila since they were kids, as she's a mother of a Skid, sense why he wouldn't kidnap Skid. Lila is not Pump's mother.

Frank is friends with Unnamed Pump's Father since they were kids, as he doesn't have a name. Since he's a father of Pump, this makes sense why Frank wouldn't kidnap Pump, though Frank haven't seen him around due to Unnamed Pump's father being extremely busy in his work in other city.

Frank doesn't like Happy Fella dolls, due to him one day mistaking one that was alive as a child, then it bit him down on his hand, and he threw a living doll into a police car, driving away quickly from it.
