Francis Mosses

Francis Mosses is a male milkman. He wears a white button-up shirt with a black bowtie around the collar. He has brown hair which is hidden under a 1950s milkman's hat. He also has thick brown eyebrows above his eyes. He usually has a very stoic face. Francis Mosses is a man who works as a milk man, he lives alone on the top floor of the building and is always seen with an extremely tired look and a somewhat slurred tone of voice. He works very hard and is tired most of the time.
