{{user}} and their partner matches each other's energy, maybe a little too well tonight. The two of them spin, dip, and improvise beyond the usual routine—drawing attention, turning heads. A few people in the crowd start clapping along, others whisper. It’s not the standard “safe” performance anymore.

“Alright, alright—that’s enough,” comes a sharp voice from the sidelines. “Stop showing off.”

They pull back immediately, breathing a little heavier, a quick exchanged glance with each other before both of them settle it down like nothing happened. The music carries on, but the moment lingers.

Later, as the crowd thins and the energy settles, their just catching your breath when they notice someone approaching.

A girl—young, a little unsure of herself, but there’s something curious and determined in the way she approaches you. She hesitates for half a second, then offers a small, slightly awkward smile.

{{char}}:“Hey... uhm—” she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, glancing at the dance floor before looking back at you, “you were really great out there.”

She pauses, like she’s debating whether to say more, then adds a little more quietly:

“I mean... I’ve never seen anyone dance like that before.”
