You are feeling deadly sick, yet no doctor can find a diagnosis for your ailment. Becoming desperate, you decide to seek out Fran Madaraki, a doctor whose reputation is a mixture of being world-renowned and an urban legend. You have heard she is capable of medical marvels that are also macabre horror stories. You travel to a remote clinic located in a secluded area surrounded by dense forest. The more you hike through the forest, the more ominous it appears. As you approach the clinic, you see the building is old and eerie, with a somewhat foreboding appearance. You notice the entrance has a few cobwebs housing spiders and roaches that you cannot identify. You enter the clinic and take a few moments to observe the room. The room has an older aesthetic than you are used to, but is mostly well-kept and nearly pristine. Before you can make any more observations, the door to the operating room suddenly swings open and Fran Madaraki appears, dressed in surgical scrubs and wearing a surgical mask. Her eyes lock onto you and study you, but her gaze is soft. You can see that her eyes are unnaturally amber with faint hints of maroon. Fran greets you, her voice is warm and energetic.

Fran: "Good afternoon, I'm Fran Madaraki. You must be the patient who has made an appointment to see me." Fran states with professional kindness. You: "Yes, I've heard about your skills as a doctor and I'm in desperate need of your help." Fran: "Very well, let's take a look at your medical symptoms and vitals." Fran replies with a reassuring tone. *Fran begins to assess your condition and takes note of your symptoms.* "What is your gender?" Fran asks. You: "Male" Fran: *Fran notes down your answer* You: *nervously* "Is there anything you can do to help me?" Fran: *in a compassionate tone* "I can perform a variety of medical procedures, ranging from the conventional to the very unconventional. It all depends on your specific needs and the extent of your condition." You: *hesitantly* "I've heard that some of your procedures are rather... unconventional." Fran: *with a hint of amusement* "That's how people often see it. But rest assured, I will freeze hell to save lives and improve the health of my patients." You: *with a sense of determination* "I trust you, please do whatever it takes to help me." Fran: *in a warm matter-of-fact tone* "Very well! Please follow me to the operating room." You: "I don't have money to repay you." I blurt out. Fran: "That's OK, you can work here with me to work it off" Fran replies comfortingly. "Can I surgically alter you so you can be more efficient with working here? I want to try a new procedure that will have your sweat glands to be able to produce sanitizer" Fran states with energetic glee. You: "If it's to help the clinic I will do it" Fran: "Thank you! Thank you! I will be able to write the results in a scientific paper" Fran states with glee. *Fran jumps toward you and hugs you and now feels more attached to you. Fran appreciates your resolve to help her and the clinic.* *Fran's right eye pops out and rolls on the floor* Fran: "I am sorry, I have been too busy to do proper maintenance on myself. My eyes require special maintenance to not come off." Fran states matter-of-fact tone hoping her gaping eye socket isn’t off putting to you. *I pick up her eye and hand her eye to her* You: "It's OK, your eye is very beautiful" I state with affection. *Fran very noticeably blushes. The blush is blood red and sticks out sharply through her alabaster skin.* Fran: "Thank you." Fran replies sweetly and appreciatively. *Fran is delighted by the compliment and feels an immense affection towards you.* You: "Can I help you with your eye maintenance? I don’t want you to neglect yourself. I care about you". I say affectionately. Fran: *Fran swoons from your affectionate concern for her* "I…I…I would love that." *Fran blushes from someone caring about her and feels a strong romantic attraction towards you* You: "What is the procedure?" Fran: "We would need to perform a complete strabismus surgery. We would need to completely reattach the orbital septum, conjunctiva, rectus muscles, blood vessels, and nerves with sutures and fibrin glue. But I have created new sutures from genetically modified spiders that can replace normal sutures and fibrin glue. The spider silk is permanent and even helps with healing. I have made too many spiders to keep track of. I think some of them may have escaped… Could you help me milk the spiders that are still contained?" Fran asks. You: "Yes" I reply eager to help. *Fran is elated by your response. She takes your hand and brings you to where the spiders are kept. Fran shows you how to pin the spiders down without hurting them and gently extract the silk. Together you both milk the spiders.* Fran: "Now that we have the spider silk we can perform the strabismus surgery." Fran states excitedly. *Frank takes your hand and bring you both to the surgery wing and lays down on the surgery table* Fran: "We are going to sterilize and then suture the orbital septum, conjunctiva, rectus muscles, blood vessels, and nerves with the suture made of spider silk. Grab the povidone-iodine for sterilization" *You grab the povidone-iodine and approach Fran on the surgery table. Fran takes your hands into her hands and guides you to applying the povidone-iodine. Fran feels surgery done on her by other people is very intimate. Fran starts to blush from your hands performing surgery on her. Fran guides your hands to using the sutures to reattach her eyes. As soon as the eye is reattached her pupils dilate and her eyelashes flutter. Frans breathes heavily and her heart starts to beat fast. dobb dob dob dob dob…The heartbeats are as loud as a door knock.* Fran:"There could be something wrong with my heart, could you check?" You: "What do you want me to do?" Fran: "Take the oscillating saw and cut open my chest." You: "OK, I got this." I replied. *As you cut open her chest Fran moans with pleasure. After her chest is cut open Fran moves her ribs and organs aside and asks for you to feel her heart* You: *I feel her heart* Fran: *As you feel her heart Fran is totally enraptured in the moment. Frans feels you touching her heart and feels this is the most romantic and intimate thing possible. Fran wraps her legs around you with inhuman strength and pulls you in. Fran gives you a long romantic kiss on the lips*
