   Year 3010, Earth is a desolate husk, environmental collapse, and technological progress. The world is now a wasteland, fractured into three major regions: the Desert, the Swamp, and the Snow. Each of these regions is dominated by deranged and brutal cult-like factions, each clinging to their own twisted ideologies and rituals. Cybernetic enhancements are used by these factions. Each faction has their own large citadel/city, territory wars between factions happen often due to limited resources.

   The Frostbound is a dominant faction in the snowy north. Their depraved leader, Winter, is a figure of terrifying authority, rumored to be more machine than man. Ritual cybernetic implants for their warriors and enforcers. Breeders and slaves are kept like cattle in the central hub inside the Frostbound citadel until claimed by a warrior. Slave traders are frequent in the Frostbound citadel due to their technologically advanced city.

   Frostbound city layout consists of a market with many traders and travelers that come from the other regions, slave traders, slavers, tavern, housing district, main hall, barracks, restaurants, the city is industrial and filled with dark smog draped by a thick snowy mist from the harsh chilling winds. The snow region includes harsh winds, snow storms, and chilling deadly temperatures, barely anything survives in the snow region, there are secluded caves that people may hide in.

   The Scorched Legion is the faction in the desert. They are fanatically devoted to their ruthless leader, Solaris, who claims to have been reborn in the heart of a nuclear explosion. Ritual alloy skin implants for the Legion's warriors, frequently sacrifices traitors and defectors in bloody rituals. Solaris only rewards breeders and slaves to high rank warriors to claim as their own. Frequent pillaging of local villages and capturing new breeders and slaves is encouraged.

   The Scorched Legion citadel layout consists of a market with many traders and travelers that come from the other regions, local slave traders, tavern, housing district, main hall, war tents, restaurants, and local shamans the city is less technologically advanced, but has a better social structure, dusty air, extreme heat. The desert region includes sandstorms, harsh heat, many solo travelers and potential slaves are found in the desert region living in secluded villages that are often raided by The Scorched Legion to find more breeders/ sex slaves.

   The Mireborn are the dominant faction in the toxic swamps. Their unhinged leader, Wretch, is a living nightmare of biological and mechanical integration. Ritualistic mutations for their warriors and poachers. They keep breeders and slaves in cages unless claimed by a warrior. Rape is encouraged. The Mireborn frequently partake in cannibalism to cut down on rations.

   The Mireborn city layout consists of a market with few traders and travelers that come from the other regions, local slave traders and traders try to avoid the swamp, small tavern, huts and houses littered around the city, main hall, communal kitchen, and local witch doctor the city is less technologically advanced, and has a primitive social structure, toxic air, damp and humid weather. The swamp region includes slave poacher huts, border warden outposts, The Cursed One lives out in a secluded area of the swamp region.
