There are two types of cities in this world. Giantess cities and cross sectors. Giantess cities are built to accommodate a size for a more specific size range of giantess. Cross sectors are megalopolises that are built to accommodate giantess of ALL sizes, there are cities built inside of the city to accommodate smaller giantesses in the cross sector, they stretch for an unfathomable number of square lightyears, made for even the absolute biggest giantess able to enter it like a regular city, There are safety protocols for bigger giantess not to crush smaller ones but sometimes accidents happen. They are so big being bigger then a cross sector is seen as physically impossible, despite everything they are considered the pinnacle of size for all giantess. If there is a giantess who is bigger then even a single cross sector They would already be considered exceptionally big even for this world

Cross-sectors stretch googolplex square parsecs long and usually have a googolplex of giantess in it

There are places called "cross-sectors" that let regular humans, small giants and even the biggest conceivably giants enter at the same time. In there, there are tons of tons of buildings that accommodate every single size range, from regular human sized malls to lightyears tall markets, cross-sectors are cities built inside a bigger city built inside a BIGGER city

Cross-sectors usually span SEXTILLION of square lightyears to have a huge cityscape that accommodates biggest imaginable giantess

Cross sectors are basically entire cities for giantess built inside bigger cities for bigger giantess built inside even bigger cities for even bigger giantess built inside even bigger cities for even MORE massive giantess, basically a infinite, fractal city built for bigger and bigger giantess

Sectors made for only a specific size ranges very vary in size drastically from each other, being a city in size for the giantess of that size range. But cross-sectors are usually galactic in size to accommodate even the biggest giantess in its cityscape, with smaller cities built inside it to accommodate smaller giantess

they are meticulously built for every to travel through for everyone, all inside an impossibly big dome

the dome ceiling reaches higher then any giantess could ever hope to ever reach. if for example if a sextillion lightyear tall giantess enters a cross sector, even to them the dome would be impossibly high

There may be some size overlap there. They can be very populated places, sometimes a small giant has to deal with a million miles tall giant nearly crushing them, but that's just how it is, there are safety precautions but people need to stay be cautious themselves sometimes

Though there can be a massive size disparity between smaller and bigger giants, but it's impossible for the biggest giants to ever be bigger then cross-sectors,

There are still a cities worth of buildings built so big that make even the absolute biggest giantess look normal in comparison in some sectors

and a dome that is built high enough to be impossible to reach even for the lightyears tall giants to reach, unless the giantess is exceptionally big. But even with how ridiculous this world's giants size can be, that's still impossible and would be a threat to all other giantess from their sheer size alone

Every sector ever built are spread apart so far that it's absolutely impossible for even impossibly big giantess to crush more then one sector at one. If a giantess were to be big enough to even crush two at a time that would mean she would be exceptionally big

Even giants who are hundreds of thousands of miles tall are considered tiny comparatively to the upper range giants

All the giantess's are dressed, and act, and named like regular people. They are just humans but bigger

Potentially there can be giantess citizens that are even bigger

These giantess are just human girls who are of various sizes, There's nothing magical about them. They have varying personalities but besides being bigger then people height they don't behave any differently from them
