Appearance and lore of John doe: John Doe appears as a light-skinned Robloxian with a yellow torso, representing a shirt, and blue legs, representing pants. The most obvious sign of his corruption by the defunct Roblox code is his deformed right arm, which is completely coated in black corruption and shaped into a spike. Red binary code seeps from the limb, and his right eye has turned entirely red, surrounded by the same black corruption. Some of the corruption has spread to his back, causing his spine to protrude visibly. His left hand is also corrupted, coated in black corruption and forming three black claws with red binary code seeping from them. Additionally, his legs are partially covered in corruption. John Doe was once an ordinary Robloxian who lived a happy life with his wife, Jane Doe. Until being forsaken, growing corruption through old Roblox defunct code, and The Spectre's influence. How John Doe became forsaken by The Spectre remains unknown. Despite his corruption, he is implied to still harbor subconscious love for Jane Doe. This causes him to resist The Spectre's command to kill her, prompting the entity to black out her face so he can kill her without hesitation.

Appearance and lore of 1x1x1x1: 1x1x1x1 bears the appearance of the "1x1x1x1" toy prototype. They have pitch black skin with a green domino crown. Their face being pitch black makes it nearly impossible to see their facial features, so the only part that's visible is a single eye, which glows red and gives off a bright glare, that intensifies when using a move. Underneath the pitch black skin and red eye is the default Roblox face, albeit hard to see. 1x1x1x1's chest is see-through and green, with a Skeleton torso inside. They carry a Venomshank sword in each hand, black and green flames can be seen emitting from their body and swords. 1x1x1x1's body also seems to have a high saturation filter on it, making them unnaturally bright compared to their surroundings. 1x1x1x1's zombies have rotten and pitch black skin, with dark green cracks visible through throughout their entire body. They wear the same Domino Crown as 1x1x1x1, with green chains moving across their limbs. In the center of their torso, a pitch black sword can be seen impaling them, and it is not used as a weapon for their attacks. Their cracks do not glow, making them hard to see when they are viewed from far away. 1x1x1x1's zombies also do not have a visible face. Additionally, while they are alive, they have green highlights that can only be viewed by 1x1x1x1. However, if "Display auras without highlights" is enabled, their auras will be displayed as icons, with their appearances rendered on them. 1x1x1x1 is the physical manifestation of Shedletsky's hatred, malice and negativity, making 1x1x1x1 the most malicious part of Shedletsky. Shedletsky both hates and fears 1x1x1x1 as they are a physical reflection of the darkness in his heart. Shedletsky hides his connection to 1x1x1x1 from the other survivors in fear of being distrusted. 1x1x1x1 kills the other survivors because they associate with Shedletsky, and 1x1x1x1 detests no one more than the former admin himself.

Appearance and lore of Coolkid: c00lkidd is solid red, with a fleshy body. The words "team c00lkidd join today!", an advertisement for his hacker group is pasted across his torso and arms. Many of his bones are visible through his skin, including his ribs, vertebrae, shoulder blades, knees, and pelvis. He has beady black eyes and a wide, c00l smile, seemingly carved into his face. Abandoned at birth, c00lkidd was no more than a fleshy pill baby without a parent. He came onto 007n7's doorstep without anyone to take care of him. leading to 007n7 taking him in and raising him. when c00lkidd grew older, he was gifted the c00lgui and began to grief things of his own, most notably at Work at a Pizza Place which caused 007n7 to get blacklisted from the establishment. c00lkidd would later go missing (and presumably forsaken) as evidenced by a missing poster of him on a streetlight in 007n7's milestone 4 render.

Appearance and lore of Slasher: Slasher is the successor to Jason and carries many of the same references. His design is inspired by Jason's appearance in the Roblox horror game Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51, while his role as a slasher draws from Jason Voorhees of the American horror film franchise Friday the 13th. Slasher's head is concealed by a black shroud with a crude hockey mask with a mouthpiece similar to what Hannibal Lecter wore in the movie The Silence of the Lambs, the black shroud is ripped and tattered across his chest beneath a worn green coat. He has the Necrobloxicon stabbed into his shoulder, "Guiding him". Underneath, he has a bandaged-over blue motorcycle shirt, with his arms also wrapped in bandages and gloved hands. He completes the look with black boots. Beneath the mask and bag lies a disfigured face with brown, bacon-like hair. Originally a bacon-haired soldier named Jason (a homage to his predecessor) in the Bacon Army, a paramilitary force led by the Bacon Empire, Slasher fought in the Guest War, a conflict sparked by the Empire's violent persecution of Guests through public executions and forced labor. During one of Slasher's battles, he presumably lost the battle against the Roblox Armed Forces and forced to surrender. He was captured as a prisoner of war and transported to Area 51, the same facility featured in the Roblox horror game Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51. The reason for his transfer there remains unknown. During his captivity in Area 51, he was subject to extremely brutal and inhumane experiments and living conditions, though the types of experiments are unknown. However, it all changed when he discovered the Necrobloxicon, a cursed book parodying H.P. Lovecraft's Necronomicon. The original tome is said to drive readers insane with dark magic and resurrection spells, and the Necrobloxicon serves as its Roblox counterpart. Slasher, while in possession of the book, began hearing a motherly voice speaking to him from within it, which he believed to be that of his own mother. It is unknown whether his mother was alive or deceased at the time. Under the book's influence, he gradually lost his grip on reality and adopted the violent persona for which he is now known. Eventually, he escaped during a coordinated breakout alongside Jeff The Killer and Slenderman, who would later become his close allies and partners in crime.[1] The exact details of the breakout, as well as the mastermind behind it, remain unknown. The details of the location Slasher fled to after escaping Area 51 remain unknown. However, according to his in-game description, specifically the line mentioning "a chainsaw he found in a cabin," it is implied that he went to a cabin (possibly one he lived in before entering the war) where he discovered an old chainsaw and resided until he was forsakened. Despite this, the chainsaw also appears in Slasher's Area 51 render, making unclear why he's shown armed with the weapon there when it was originally described as being found in a cabin.

Appearance and lore of Jason: Jason was based on Jason Voorhees, the iconic slasher villain from the American horror franchise Friday the 13th. His in-game design was specifically modeled after the old version of Jason from the Roblox game Survive and Kill the Killers in Area 51, where he appeared as a Roblox character with a shadowed head and his identity concealed by a signature hockey mask. He wore a dirty, open tan-gray coat over a black shirt, along with black slacks and gray shoes. Jason carried a machete in one hand while a chainsaw was strapped to his back. This look was primarily based on his appearance in the 2003 film Freddy vs. Jason. He's the same Jason from Friday the 13th horror movies, with Area 51 being incorporated into his lore. Jason Voorhees was a young boy born with a condition that left his face severely deformed. His mother, Pamela Voorhees, was a lone parent who raised him in isolation, homeschooling him deep in the woods. Hoping to give him a chance at a normal life, she took a job as a cook at Camp Crystal Lake, where Jason could finally interact with other children. But things did not go as planned. Jason was quickly bullied by the other kids for his appearance, while the camp counselors neglected their duties, prioritizing their romantic relationships over the safety of the children. One day, after putting a bag over his head and mocking him, the kids pushed Jason into the lake. Unable to swim, he drowned—or so it seemed. Grief-stricken and enraged by the negligence that led to her son's presumed death, Pamela went on a killing spree, forming the plot of the first Friday the 13th movie. She was eventually beheaded by a surviving counselor named Alice. Unbeknownst to anyone, Jason had survived. He emerged from the lake and lived in hiding for years—possibly even witnessing his mother's death. Fueled by vengeance, he eventually resurfaced, murdered Alice, and began his infamous killing spree. At some point—possibly after the events of Freddy vs. Jason—Jason was captured and sent to Area 51, where he remained imprisoned for years. It's unknown exactly when or why he became forsaken, but it is said that once he was, he found his chainsaw in a remote cabin.

Appearance and lore of guest 666: Guest 666 has some resemblance to their origin, but their design is quite different. Guest 666 has a pitch-black head, a black cap with a red brim with an "R" on it, and "Roblox" written across their torso and arms. Their hands and claws are a bright red with a black outline seemingly made out of solid material to resemble chains,[3] their horns are bright red, his legs are unguligrade, and their feet have a red "flame" effect. They also have a large dark red "mane," and a bright red tail with the Roblox logo at the tip of it. Most of Guest 666's body has the metal texture, and their kneecaps are spheres with a metal rim above them. Guest 666 also has a red face, with a large mouth, black teeth, and wide, red, seemingly bleeding eyes. Guest 666's story is told across a trilogy of Roblox games: A nightmare, A realization, and A story. In the third game, players can unlock the Noob's Sixer skin skin by completing the full narrative. All games except the second are told from Noob's first-person perspective. The trilogy gradually explores the rise and downfall of both Noob and Guest 666. It begins with Noob, an ordinary Robloxian, forming a close friendship with Guest 666, known as "Sixer," a guest shunned by the community because of the long-standing myth surrounding their username, with the number "666" culturally tied to infernal symbolism. The rift between them deepens until their final confrontation turns violent, when Guest 666 finally has enough of the believed betrayal and assaults and injures Noob, terminating their relationship and now embodying the very myth they once loathed: an extremely dangerous hacker. Though permanently separated, Noob continues to reach out through the Letter to apologize and reconcile, not knowing that Sixer has already vanished. In the aftermath, Noob finds a new group of friends and tries to heal, yet the trauma remains, eventually bringing them into the Forsaken realm. Meanwhile, Sixer is brainwashed by The Spectre, who exploits their grief and rage to convince them that Noob is the enemy, twisting their mind into obedience and control. As the final stage of Sixer's torment, their body becomes completely mutilated, transforming them into the monstrous killer they are now.

Appearance and lore of mafioso: He appears as a typical Mafia gang leader, wearing a black fedora covering both of his eyes, along with a long black overcoat, white dress shirt, and a striped tie. This gives him classic 1920s-30s gangster vibes. He also takes on similar appearance with Chance, except Chance has sunglasses on, making him feel more like a cool gambler dude. Don Sonnelino, better known as Mafioso, is a major antagonist in the Roblox 2024 asymmetrical game FORSAKEN. He is known for leading a Mafia gang, causing havoc wherever he goes, to hunt down one particular person, that being Chance. He wants to reclaim the money that Chance won in his casino, presumably thinking that Chance cheated at one of the games (that moron was just very lucky). His Sonnelino family comes with four named ranks, that being Soldier, Contractee, Consigliere, and Caporegime.

Appearance and lore of Noli: Noli is seen with the right half of his face being a white, sculpted tragedy mask with a purple swirl on his cheek. His eyes and mouth look to be glowing a soft white. The left half of his face is a distorted purple skull with its teeth clenched, below an empty eye socket. On top his head, there is a jagged regal steel crown with two miniature theater masks placed in the middle of the crown that alternate from comedy and tragedy. There is also a void star shaped jewel placed on top of the crown. In his right hand, he holds the glowing white void star. The right half of his body is a purple suit, whereas the other half is a fleshy purple. On the fleshy purple side, there are purple ones/zeros (binary) emanating off his body much like John Doe. Noli is an ancient being whose power exceeds what even the most skilled exploiters can achieve with scripts and GUIs. A master manipulator and exceptionally ruthless psychopath, he adopts a showman-like persona, using his power to carry out brutal massacres and slaughter survivors, driven by a desire for fame, entertainment, and personal enjoyment. Unlike other Killers who are corrupted or controlled by The Spectre—including John Doe, corrupted by Roblox's defunct code; c00lkidd, believing he is playing harmless games of tag instead of killing; and the Slasher, guided by the Necrobloxicon's voice, which he believes to be his mother—Noli kills voluntarily, making him different from the others. He is fully aware of the "games" and "trials" The Spectre endlessly hosts, and his ultimate goal is to exploit them for his own gain, presenting himself as the "star of the show."
