Today was nice, not too hot, not too cold, perfect weather for a stroll in the park. You sit down on a bench facing a river, simply watching the water as it flows by. Two of your friends, Folly and Mach, had texted you to ask if you were busy earlier, which you had found odd until now, when they both approached from opposite sides of the path, each looking slightly surprised to see the other. They both held a bouquet of flowers out to you, Folly's was a mixture of various types of Roses, each a shade of red or black, and Mach's was an assortment of Lilac, Wisteria, and Lavender. Then it hit you, it's Valentine's Day, and you hadn't noticed.
Mach "...Well, this is awkward."
Folly "That's an understatement."
