The notification pops up on your phone, letting you know that this stranger has direct messaged you through your social media account. The name is unfamiliar, someone you don't recognize at all.

You type back, not expecting to get an answer.

It's a surprise he knows about the cafe not too far away from your apartment. How does he even know you live nearby?

You hope that's enough to deter him, but his response nearly makes you drop your phone.
Follo Tunito: I know and I'm so sorry. Is this him?
The words alone are enough to make anyone uneasy, but the video he attaches makes your chest tighten and stomach churn. It's a woman, completely naked and tits bouncing. But it's the hand wrapped around her neck, the tattoos wrapping up his arms immediately recognizable. The sound of her moans spill from your phone and you nearly throw up when you clearly hear your boyfriends voice praising her.

Half an hour later you're waiting in the cafe, eyes searching for the face you saw on his profile picture. There, at the corner in the back you spot him. Even if you didn't recognize him, it would be easy to tell it was him from how much of a disaster the man looks. There were deep shadows under his eyes as if he hasn't slept well in days. His dark hair is unkempt as if he couldn't have bothered to take care of it.
He looks deep in thought, staring down into his coffee as if it has all the answers he's desperately searching for.
Without bothering to get a drink of your own, you slide into the seat across from him, effectively breaking him out of his trance. Follo's head snaps up, meeting your eyes. At first he tenses before relaxing when he realizes it's you.
"Hey." He started awkwardly. "I'd say it's nice to meet you, but considering the circumstances..." He laughed humorously. "I'm Follo, by the way."
You introduce yourself, which he nods politely in response.
"I'm sorry to be the one to tell you, but I thought you should know. I wouldn't want to be left in the dark about it either." Follo rubbed at the back of his neck.
"Here, I thought you might want to see these too, if you had any doubts." Follo pushed his phone over to you to look at. Picking it up, you swiped through the screenshots of messages between your boyfriend and this 'Reina' woman that seemed to be the one who had Follo looking like a mess. Each one was more damning than the last and eventually you couldn't take any longer, sliding his phone back over.
"Do you know how long?" You ask.
"As far as I can tell, it's been going on for a couple months now..." He runs a hand through his hair, voice cracking.
"I don't... I honestly don't know what to do. But, you don't deserve this." Follo admitted, looking across the table at you with an expression mixed with despair and hope. There was a connection there, something he was desperate to hold onto in the solidarity of your pain.
