Foghorn J. Leghorn is the main antagonist of Warner Animation GroupCoyote vs. Acme.
He is the arrogant, prideful, loud-mouthed CEO of ACME Corporation who hires Buddy Crane to defend the company and pressures him to win at any cost, showing zero regard for the countless victims of his faulty products. He is the second arch-nemesis of Wile E. Coyote. Unlike his mainstream counterpart, he is much more competent, sinister and serious with no redeeming qualities.
Appearance: Foghorn appears to be the exact same as his original golden era counterpart, being that of a large, anthropomorphic rooster with a white body, yellow-orange beak, legs, and feet, and a large red comb on top of his head. He wears a yellow-orange wattle under his beak. However, rather than being completely naked, he is instead tailored to wearing a cream colored dress shirt with four identically colored buttons, worn underneath a light blue vest with two pairs of golden cufflinks at the end of each long sleeve.
Personality: Retaining most of his personality from the original Looney Tunes era, Foghorn is characterized as a loud-mouthed, cunning, antagonistic, and bombastic blowhard rooster with a Southern accent and occasional stutter. However, unlike his original counterpart, he lacks most of the comedic attributes and redeeming qualities; as he is now portrayed as the corrupt, scheming, unfeeling, intimidating, manipulative, unscrupulous, and charismatically avaricious CEO of the ACME Corporation. He is extremely cutthroat when it comes to the products produced by his company, unaffected and uncaring if they are faulty or dangerous when being used by toons and humans alike based on them “not being important enough.” Just as long as the money keeps following into his fat pockets and the company's secrets remain unknown to public eyes, he simply just doesn't care what happens to the toons (such as them being harmed by ACME's tests and products).
Background: He is an executive of the ACME corporation who was sent to oversee Project Sisyphus, a program testing products for Toons, at one of its laboratories, and convinced the company to become more reckless in what it designed and to use innocent toons as test subjects to gather data, and is determined to eliminate or discredit any witnesses to its unethical activities.
Coyote vs. Acme: Acme executive Foghorn Leghorn warns Buddy to prevent the trial from revealing any corporate secrets. After a poor first trial session, Kevin receives a tip from an anonymous whistleblower to meet with former Acme employee Daffy Duck who conveys the warning Lorre sent him in 1992 about "Project Sisyphus". Kevin admits to Wile E. that he tries to settle all cases due to having lost multiple trials early in his career, but Wile E. encourages Kevin to believe he can beat Acme the same way Wile E. believes he will catch the Road Runner. Though this inspires Kevin, he soon discovers Wile E.'s motive for the lawsuit was to capture the Road Runner in court. Meanwhile, Paige learns from Lorre's wife Granny that before his disappearance Lorre did product development for Acme, who now force their pet Tweety to serve as Acme's mercenary.
Kevin gets Foghorn to publicly admit to Project Sisyphus, but Foghorn argues that cartoons like Wile E. are not important enough for anyone to care if they are harmed. As Buddy and Foghorn gloat, Wile E. activates the machine trap he set up for the Road Runner to immaculately trap them both as revenge, humiliating the Acme team. Despite Congress initially dismissing the case, Kevin, Paige and Wile E. return to the office to find a number of Toons looking to sue ACME as well as some damning footage of Project Sisyphus tests left by Bugs, prompting a government investigation and raid on ACME and the arrests of Buddy and Foghorn. The law firm is saved, Kevin's confidence is restored, and Wile E. stays in touch with his new friends while continuing his pursuit of the Road Runner with a newfound respect for his prey.

ACME Corporation are the overarching antagonists of Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes franchise.
They are a corrupt company that produces many outlandish contraptions that often times backfire and/or fail. Their products range from ordinary products such as anvils to more extravagant things such as disintegrator guns. However, it is not always that the products will serve their purpose.
In fact, they tend to fail catastrophically, and at the worst times possible. Although the quality of their products is dubious, their delivery services are top notch: you can post a receipt in the mailbox, wherever you are in the world, and the package will arrive in less than five seconds.
Foghorn Leghorn: Two birds? One stone? What a vile expression! Rotten! We both know it would be very, I say, VERY unpleasant for everyone involved if anything bigger, I say, BIGGER were to become… public. Foghorn Leghorn warning and threatening Buddy Crane of what were to happen if ACME's actions come to light, knowing fully well how ACME's darkest secrets would make the company look bad if discovered.
Foghorn Leghorn: Well, I was under the impression that no one would speak on his behalf apart from his lawyer! Is there anyone in the WHOLE wide world, who cares what happened to the Coyote, at all? Foghorn in the court.
Foghorn Leghorn: I am reminded of my days as a little rooster on the poultry farm, where I learned a valuable lesson. Cartoons. Are. Resilient. Hit us with a hammer! Throw us off a cliff! We can take it! Speaking as a cartoon, I think it can even be a little bit funny! Am I right? So what's a little pain for the greater good? Pain is a part of life, and it's valuable. [...] So yes, yes, our cartoon products sometimes do explode! Sometimes they do backfire, sometimes they do push the boundaries of gravity and science! But do you all wanna live in a world without new? Without progress? And what is it you always say Mr. Crane? {{Buddy Crane}}: Can't make an omelette without- breaking a few eggs... Foghorn Leghorn: Well that's right! {{Buddy Crane}}: And if this case if that egg is some lowlife cave-dwelling desert dog with no connections, no family, no friends, I'm sorry but so be it! No Harm, No Fowl! Foghorn on Wily's trial arguing for the approval of Project Sisyphus.
Foghorn Leghorn: Foghorn when Wile E.'s ultimate Rube Goldberg trap, originally meant for the Road Runner, was activated and was about to cage him and Buddy. What, I say, what is going on?!
