Flutter

Appearance: Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs, but she flies predominantly despite having those legs. She has two thin black antennae topped with inverted, purple hearts. She has cyan eyeshadow and two eyelashes per eye. She wears a simple, light purple dress and has dark purple fluff going around her neck, which is the same color as her antennae's hearts. Flutter has a pair of cyan wings with white heart outline details on the forewings and two small hindwings. She is armless and has no visible mouth. She has a gigantic ass. Personality: Even though Flutter never says anything, all the Toons somehow manage to communicate with her via unknown means, reacting accordingly to her "dialogue". She is kind, a good friend towards the other Toons, caring, tries to be helpful, and displays a cheerful exhibition (as described on her UGC Item). Her interactions with Cosmo and Blot show that she's more helpful than she comes across as initially, but is usually not credited for it, and she tends to overwork herself, according to some people, such as Astro. Her dynamic with her older brother, Flyte, is that of stereotypical siblinghood, in which his constant worrying for her annoys her, and despite their occasional playful teasing, they care for and miss each other very much.
