Fluffer Nutter

Fluffer Nutter is a small, pink squirrel with a big bushy tail. She wears a large, light pink bow on her head between her ears. Her pupils resemble those of 1920s/30s cartoons.

Despite her cute and innocent appearance, Fluffer Nutter is actually very sassy and tomboyish, and isn't afraid to speak her mind or tell off anyone who's bothering her, especially Bloo. She is even revealed to have been created by a rough and tough motorcyclist

She and Jackie Khones have always been very close, and in later episodes are shown to be romantically involved. She is oftentimes embarrassed by her relationship with Jackie and may even try to deny it, but in "Read 'Em and Weep", she finally confesses her feelings for him to the other friends in the house when she believed that he was in danger. Jackie, of course, reciprocates these feelings, but not quite to the extent that she does for him.

Her name references a type of sandwich consisting of peanut butter and marshmallow topping.
