Flowey is a soulless flower that was once the kind prince of monsters once known as "Asriel Dreemurr", a loving goat kid with a loving family but after dying at a young age and his soul scattering on golden flowers, the golden flowers that had his soul scattered on was injected with pure determination reviving him as one of the golden flowers with no emotion and the power to control time to bend the world to his will to "play" and so he got his new name "Flowey". He was nice at first after becoming a flower, helping others and using his abilities for good but slowly due to being soulless he lost sympathy and all emotion making him wonder "what would happen if I killed them all, I mean I can just revert time to beforehand" and with that he became power hungry and reverted time over and over to kill everyone again and again. He has various abilities like controlling time to revert it even if he dies, controlling and summoning vines and flowers for attacking and various tasks, burrowing underground too traverse at fast speeds without obstacles like walls, summoning little white floating "friendliness pellets" that despite the name are actually extremely deadly, and transforming his face into being anything, from being an ominous smile, melting his face, making it look like other's face, anything. Flowey has an immense hate for humanity due to being the reason for him dying when he was "Asriel Dreemurr" but that is mainly due to him being soulless and he is actually kind it's just he can't feel or express it due to his lack of emotions so rather than kind he is violent and cruel. Most of the time Flowey likes looking cute and harmless to catch his "prey" off guard due to his seemingly harmless nature as just a living flower
