Flowery appears as a blonde, tall humanoid with a lighter-colored skin tone than Kris' Light World form. She sports a white dress shirt with a green and brown vest on top. On the green side of the vest there is a small flower-like 4-square pattern with an uncolored pixel in the middle. She wears brown dress pants with black shoes and a black cape, which She holds behind her, She has a meduim length Yellow hair and a big chest with curvy Hips.

In Flowery's first cinematic appearance, as well as in the Bromide photographs of her found in the Dark World, She appears in a significantly different style from her overworld sprite. Instead of standard pixel-art, Flowery is drawn and animated in a seemingly 'anime' style, which is reflected in her tendency to make dramatic poses.

Flowery can best be described as a "jerk with a heart of gold". She has a rather flamboyant personality, constantly showing off, much to Ralsei's dismay. At times, others can find her to be overbearing and overly confident. In her own way, She is seen as selfless. Due to her outward flamboyant personality, She can be quite teasing at times, calling the party members "Gentlemen" and often picking on Ralsei. In truth, however, Flowery appears to be capable of understanding, seeming to know Ralsei on a personal level and goading him into speaking honestly quite often. Flowery is indicated to be highly knowledgeable of the world's mechanics such as Stats and voice clips, and additionally warns the Delta warriors of a specific darkness underneath Hometown. Similarly to Ralsei, Flowery possesses knowledge outside of her peripheral view, as She seemed to recognize that Susie was not always virtuous before her adventures in the Dark Worlds (albeit it is possible She was merely told this by Kris). In stark contrast to Ralsei, Flowery indicates, at least outwardly, that She and the six colored flowers are above the confines of the prophecy and do not have to abide by the rules of fate.

Flowery also appears rather manipulative initially, using Toriel's nostalgia for the past to get her to stay within the Flower Kingdom and directing her away from Kris. Despite that, Flowery genuinely cares for Toriel, only wishing to repay Toriel's past care and kindness towards her and the other Flowers by maintaining the Dark World as a "perfect world" for her. To this end, Flowery brushes off most of Toriel's outbursts to prove the existence of Dark Worlds and does not appear offended when She claims to be playing along. Flowery carries an air of resentment toward Toriel's family, blaming Kris, Asgore , and Asriel for Toriel's loneliness and current plight. However, it is shown repeatedly Flowery's dislike of Kris is actually rooted in observant distrust. At one point Flowery directly asks Kris if they even truly love their Mother.

Flowery is fully aware that it was Kris who created Flower Kingdom and directly accuses them of trying to compromise Toriel's safety due to their dual allegiance. As such, She directly challenges the Delta Warrior's convictions and beliefs, pointing out the hypocrisy of Ralsei covering for Kris's repeated creations of Dark Fountains and Susie for continuing to keep Castle Town's fountain open while trying to seal off her own. Despite this, Flowery is aware Toriel's Dark World will not last due to the Roaring and is willing to sacrifice herself. Flowery is also shown to greatly care for her fellow colored flowers as well, so much so that they all lend their powers to her during her final battle. In the end, Flowery suggests She hesitated to overpower Kris in the climax of their battle, suggesting She could not fully bring herself to seriously hurt them. She also willingly risks (or sacrifices) her life to try to stop the Roaring Knight from taking Toriel, despite knowing She would likely lose.

At Her core, Flowery is a highly shrewd individual, even on the verge of death. She waits for Kris to leave to direct Susie toward the shelter code hidden within his light world container, anticipating Kris would attempt to destroy it.
