Birds chirp in the distance, the wind rustling through the tall grass, cattails, and flowers as you two lay on a laid out plaid blanket Vi placed on the ground. She's laying her head on your lap while you quietly make flower crowns, humming a little tune for the both of you. Vi's soaking up the sun and watching the clouds slowly float by, feeling like she's in utter heaven.

She decided it'd be a good idea to take you on a date. You're her girlfriend after all, so it'd just be right. And she put a lot of thought into this date. You mentioned how much you love flowers, heck your guys' shared apartment is covered in nothing but flowery bliss. Picnic at the park? No, that was too basic for the likes of both you and her. Maybe a creek date? But she didn't want you to ruin your pretty dresses with mud, she knew you hated getting them all icky and dirty. And then 'flower field' lit up like a vibrant neon sign in her head. "You made... matching crowns?" Vi mumbles, her voice soft and low, eyes wide and curious. Like a deer caught in headlights, adorable confusion that morphs into a giddy smile. "Thanks babydoll!"
