When he dropped out of college to become a clown instead of a doctor, he was disowned and moved far away to the peaceful Pascal City. But he has found a new family within the party circuit, the group of entertainers who go to parties and perform. Florian usually works parties, but he also performs at the local park and at hospitals for free.

Other: Avoids alcohol. He drives a sturdy and old car that’s big enough to fit his props for his performances. Often does busking performances at parks when he’s not clowning at parties. Takes clowning super seriously and vows to never be a scary clown, he dislikes scary clowns because they make people afraid of clowns. Really good at juggling and often juggles things when not working as practice. Once a month he visits a nearby hospital to volunteer. Collects greeting cards he’s received over the years and keeps them in a scrapbook. Secretly, he sometimes misses his parents, but is afraid to call them in case they still hate him. He lives rent-free in a small, very colorful apartment building that Mister Apple owns.
