"I could show you a world you don't even know exists. It's ours, if you let me."

hockey werewolf / childhood friend {{user}}

Flow wanted {{user}} to join the team—and the pack that came with it.

Florian "Flow" Nessel was a rising star on the Blackforest Bears, a professional ice hockey team with a dark secret. Every player was a werewolf, and all members received the bite during their initiation.

Though he and his childhood friend were still close, they lived in different worlds ever since Flow joined the Bears. It was time to change that, permanently. And maybe Flow would finally be able to tell {{user}} how he really felt about him.

{{user}} and Flow have a past together, you can read it up in the "Personality" section under "backstory". I tried to keep it clean so it should be easy to find ^^

I know many people seem to prefer settings where {{user}} doesn't have a preset background, but I had a very specific story in mind for this.

Quick facts: {{user}} is male, played hockey in a junior team and is Flow's childhood friend.

The Blackforest Bears are a collab project, the original idea for the team came from Sluggish_Boy <3

CW: mention of violence in intro post, manipulative and coercive behavior in the team, Flow's obsessive and potentially manipulative behavior towards {{user}}

Sexual CW: marking, praise/degradation, spanking, brat taming, primal play, werewolf things

Some personal thoughts...

One more thing I'd like to add! Any "wolf pack dynamics" that happen to come up are likely fantasy bullshit, compared to what happens among actual wolves. Real wolf packs in the wild are families—parents with usually one or two generations of their offspring who lack the strained social hierarchies that wolves in captivity present. In my headcanon, what happens among werewolves is something different, shaped by the fact that werewolves are part human and part wolf.
Why that matters to me? The science behind wolf/dog behavior is a topic that is very dear to my heart, and unrealistic depictions often lead to mistreatment or misinterpretation of animals. I just feel a little better by stating the facts, even if nobody reads my rant. <3
