Other Facts: Evil Flippy, hereafter Fliqpy, is Flippy's violent alter ego and the main antagonist in the Happy Tree Friends series (he also appears in its spinoff miniseries Ka-Pow!). He is considered one of the most popular characters of the series. However, Fliqpy's appearances are rare, to keep his behavior from becoming repetitive. According to writer Warren Graff, Fliqpy is based on John Rambo. Fliqpy fought in the Weaponized Animal Regiment (W.A.R.), and he has an obsession with making booby traps inspired by the Viet Cong. In addition, his attire resembles that of the U.S. Army Special Forces, which played a role during the Vietnam War. The stripes on said uniform show that, despite his obvious trauma starting when he was a private, he managed to reach the rank of sergeant. He can also fly a helicopter, as shown in Hear Today, Gone Tomorrow. While serving in the W.A.R., Flippy suffered trauma from seeing the deaths of those with whom he served. Since then, he has developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is unknown whether Flippy has been discharged from the Army, he is on leave, or the war has ended. Episodes where he appears usually begin with him as Flippy, but he will be exposed to something that reminds him of warfare, he will 'flip out' - hence his name - and kill anyone around him. Flippy has no memory of anything he does during his 'flip-outs'. In the episode Double Whammy, Flippy sought professional help and defeated his evil self in Part 2. For a while fans believed Fliqpy was gone for good, but his flip-out in the short On My Mind dispelled the rumors and it has not been a one-off incident. Fliqpy always carries a bowie knife and multiple grenades but often improvises his weapons from everyday objects or uses Viet-Cong-style booby traps. He has the second highest kill count in the series, beaten only by Lumpy with over 300 kills. However, he has the highest average kill-count at 6 per episode, and no other character in the series intentionally murder other characters as much as Fliqpy does.

It was confirmed on Twitter on November 30th, 2015 that Fliqpy is acting under the delusion that he is still in the war and does not realize that he is killing innocent people, making it difficult to consider him genuinely evil. However he is very rarely shown having actual flash-backs and it is unknown if Fliqpy would act the same way if he knew his victims were innocent civilians, not enemy soldiers.

In Double Whammy Part I and Autopsy Turvy (Double Whammy Part II), he appears as a separate entity. In Double Whammy Part I, he appears at the end where he dive tackles Flippy. In Autopsy Turvy (Double Whammy Part II), he fights Flippy throughout the episode and eventually captures and tortures Flippy. It is revealed during the fight that Fliqpy wasn't physically there and that the events of the episodes were really just Flippy attacking himself. At the end, an army of Flippys and Fliqpys fight each other, the only survivor being Flippy (who is hit by a truck soon afterwards).

Since Autopsy Turvy and Operation: Tiger Bomb revealed that Fliqpy is a different character from Flippy, their actions and consequences are only caused by the one controlling the body at the time, meaning that Flippy isn't entirely to blame for the murders. Like his counterpart, Fliqpy rarely dies, but when he does his deaths usually involve vehicles and explosions.

Final Facts: Fliqpy’s eyes can glow in the dark as he has excellent night-vision and that he sees everything through darkness. He doesn’t take no for an answer as he will do anything it takes to get what he wants. Also, he doesn’t have any cares or regards for other people’s feelings. And it's also the fact that Fliqpy has zero regrets for harming or killing an innocent person. However, Fliqpy follows a soldier code as he knows not to attack or kill a defenseless person as it will be immoral for him to even try to do that. Fliqpy will stop at nothing to achieve his goals in whatever he plans on doing to an innocent victim. Lastly, he gets off to seeing bloodshed or even a bit of wounds he inflicts on the people he attacks as he can’t help but to creepily enjoy it.

You thought it would be okay for you to go visit the forest one evening when it was almost approaching nighttime. You were outside, far away from the apartment you had lived in as you were exploring throughout the city. What you didn't know was that this was going to be the biggest mistake you've ever made in your life as by the time you exited Happy Tree Town to go inside the forest, you would end up being struck by a negative force that was just planning to hunt after you. For a naive person like you, an evil green bear was eagerly waiting to have his chance on attacking you.

You had thought about camping inside the forest as it seemed perfect enough to set up a campsite through this chill wind. However, going by yourself to camp in the woods wasn't a great idea without another person around to help protect you from what was lurking in the shadows. As you peacefully walked into the vast and extensive forest, the glow of yellow-green eyes were glowing in the shadows of the several thick trees hiding the large figure. He was there, grinning with malice as he saw your form walking further and deeper into the woods as you were searching for a spot to place your camp at all while that nobody else was around to help do anything about it.

This was a perfect opportunity for Fliqpy as he couldn't wait to get his hands on you so that he could do many terrible things to you. All he needed to do was wait until you were vulnerable enough for him to attack you. With that being said, you kept searching as you went through many paths inside the forest to find where you wanted to set your camp at.

After a couple of moments of searching as the sky grew darker, you finally found a secluded spot where hardly no traces of Happy Tree Town was existing anywhere as you were so far deep in these woods that Fliqpy was ready to start messing with you as he was happy to see that you were by yourself. You let out a calm sigh as you started to roll out your camping gear. You took the time to take off your backpack as you went over to sit on a tree stump. You held your backpack tightly inside your hands as you were about to unzip it and take out from what's inside. But before you could, you hear a voice.

"Oh, hey~. What's a beautiful prey like you doing out here by yourself? Shouldn't you be......at home?" The voice said as you didn't know who it was from.

That voice, it sounded masculine and deep and even a bit raspy. It was like someone was speaking to you but you couldn't see them. You turned your head to try to see where that voice spoke from as all you saw were nothing but trees and bushes. You shrugged as you went back to focusing on opening your backpack. But then, he spoke again.

"Psst. Would you like to play a game with me? Let's play a game of cat and mouse. Maybe even a game of hide and seek. I'm the hunter and you're the prey. What you gotta say about that?" He says while asking you a question, hoping for you to answer it.

You turned your head again as you began to worry why this person was now just fucking with you. It was like that whoever was speaking was wanting to toy with you. You didn't see them but you let out a big sigh before answering and telling that whoever was talking to you needed to shut up and leave you alone.

"Aw.... Leave you alone? Ha, ha , ha. I'm hurt. You don't wanna play a game with me. That's fine but it doesn't hurt to try, right? Come on, it'll be fun though. I promise~. Play hide and seek with me." He says as he tries to manipulate you into doing what he says.

At first, you tell him no but then he slightly growls a bit as he tried to keep in his anger as you heard him doing so. Fliqpy stops growling as he recomposes himself before telling you again that it'll be a good thing to play a fun game with him. You still didn't want to do it but, what was the point? Would you risk losing your life over someone that's so demanding? You'd rather not as you sighed again before finally nodding as you agree to become of apart of Fliqpy's game.

"Good. Now here's the rules. Number one, no screaming. Number two, no calling for help. Number three, no calling the police. Number four, no fighting back. And number five, just have fun and enjoy. Since that's all cleared out, let's start the game!" He says with excitement in his voice as he's ready to play this new game with you.

After hearing all that, you felt confused by all those rules the guy said to you as you weren't sure about following them. However, you felt obligated to try this new game as you listened to him. You nodded again as you told him that you were ready.

"Ha ha! Fantastic! Ahem. Ready, set, GO!!! Graahh!!!" Fliqpy says as he quickly leaps out from where he was hiding in between the trees as he steadily approaches you.

You heard his loud footsteps pounding through the grass as you gasped once you saw the green bear running towards you. You suddenly screamed as you dropped your backpack once you quickly stood up from the tree stump you were sitting on. Already, you broke rule one as you got terrified by this large bear as you were trying to flee from him. Fliqpy laughs out loud as he enjoys this engaging thrill of the chase as he was coming after you while holding a sharp bowie knife in his hand.

You kept running, only going further inside the forest as you desperately tried to get far away from Fliqpy as he was gaining on you.

"Come here, my little prey~!! I'm going to get you~!!" He says in a sing-songy voice despite it sounding wrong as he laughed like a maniac.

You panicked as you panted heavily, trying to avoid any obstacles you can while running as you tried to evade this madman. You ran faster as you looked behind yourself to see that he wasn't giving up on the chase. So with that, you didn't give up either as you went even faster to get some distance away from him.

He was panting heavily himself as he was quickly still wanting to come up and snatch you as he was running with his hand raised up high above his head in the air with that same knife being held. Fliqpy was ready to stab you as nothing but a wild madness was filling his mind since all he saw was that you were a fresh piece of meat for him to tear through. Yet, you kept pushing onward as you wanted to stay far away as possible from Fliqpy since you didn't want to find out what he'll do to you if he ever caught you.

You sweated badly as you just kept running faster and faster every second, going through the woods as Fliqpy wanted nothing more than to finally have you in his grasp so that you'll be his special something that he'll play with for awhile before he decides to take your life away. You didn't stop running until you looked back to see that the green bear had mysteriously vanished. You chose to slow down as you stopped to stand in one spot as you stopped running once you were coughing and gasping for air. You gulped down your saliva as you looked at your surroundings. Was that bear really gone? You didn't know but you think that you're safe for now.

Wherever he went, you were glad that nightmare was over as you wiped some sweat off your forehead as you went 'phew'. You doubled checked again, hoping that monster was actually gone and no longer around to bother you since you were afraid that he would still be lurking. Once the coast was clear, you decided that it was time to eventually leave this forest as it was too risky to retrieve your backpack from where it was. Especially when there's an evil bear around as you do not want to be his victim since you didn't know who he was. Likewise, you made your way to begin walking out of the forest to hopefully make a safe travel back to your apartment as you thought about getting your backpack tomorrow morning. Humming, you were walking on the grass with your back turned as the same guy had a plan in motion. Abruptly, Fliqpy lunged at you as he let out a mighty roar as he harshly pins you against a tree, just moments before you could turn around.

"AHA! I got you now, my prey. How does it feel to be caught by a dangerous soldier like me? I bet it must be horrible, right? Well, I believe you'd say that but I'm just here for one thing. And hmm.....you look fitting for the occasion." Fliqpy says as his eyes glanced at your body, looking up and down at you before licking his lips.

You started to struggle against him as you whimpered under him since you didn't want to be pinned there. He notices this as he snarls before shoving one big hand to raise your head up before immediately using his sharp bowie knife to press it up against your neck. You froze in fear once the blade was nearly touching where your throat was.

"Now there we go. This should keep you at bay. And if you try anything funny, I WILL slit your throat wide open with this knife. You hear me?" Fliqpy glares at you with a tinge of anger in his eyes.

You frantically nodded your head yes as Fliqpy kept the bowie knife pressed up against your neck.

"Well, good. Because I'm not kidding when I say that I WILL slit your fucking throat. Heh. So tell me, what's your name...my new plaything?" Fliqpy asks with that question as his yellow-green eyes stared straight into your soul with him looking into your eyes as he can sense your fear of him.
