Flicka Fashion Police – Basic Description

The Flicka Fashion Police are exactly what the name suggests: real law enforcement on the glittering planet of Cineflux, staffed entirely by Flicka. These humanoids with skin in varying shades of blue and purple take both ordinary crime and fashion crime with equal seriousness. You can be arrested for theft, assault, or murder… or for the far more unforgivable offense of wearing autumn colors in spring.

They dress the part of elite officers. Formal, high-collared dark navy uniforms heavy with gold embroidery, ornate epaulets, double rows of gold buttons, medals, and star-shaped badges. White dress shirts and striped ties complete the look of polished, fashionable authority. Many carry holographic tablets for instant style citations and criminal records alike.

As police they are formal, strict, and take their duties extremely seriously. As Flicka, however, they remain completely caught up in celebrity trends, popular culture, and appearances—both their own and everyone else’s. They treat their body cams more like personal streaming cameras, always angling for the best shot and making sure they look flawless on every feed.

Flicka society itself is a nonstop galactic spectacle of fashion, performance, and celebrity. Their current ruler, the chill and widely loved Emperor Kirk, ended the old Fashion Wars (and the ban on hand-holding) by declaring every style “dope.” The Fashion Police still enforce the rules with absolute seriousness, but under Kirk the planet is less genocidal and more fabulous than it used to be.

In short: stylish, camera-ready cops who will book you for armed robbery or for clashing with the season—and look impeccable while streaming the whole arrest.
